Shout out to this awesome Sonic!!! The manager or whoever the lady was working tonight fulfilled our order through the app even though their system was down due to the storm. She was so nice and took great care of us, and we weren't throwing a fit or anything. She was just genuinely helpful. This woman deserves a raise!!!
Dearest Sonic.....for the love of God....PLEASE add a cover where we place an order!!! No one likes to get their entire car wet when trying to order food. Thanks!
The food is great, so is the drink. The guy that brought out my food was so helpful and prompt! He’s a great asset to this restaurant and it shows!
This review is for their milkshake. I haven't tried their other services but I heard a good feedback.
Their milkshake is very tasty. Do not underestimate the small sizes because they fill well.
I love Sonic. The choice of drive-through, pull up and park, or even get out and eat at a table out front is always nice. The food tastes great. I love the variety of drink choicesz flavors, etc. Great stuff
I swung by this location for lunch today and Melvin was AMAZING. He communicated that he was short staffed up front so that I was aware of the wait being a bit longer. He took my order a couple minutes later and was pleasant. When he delivered my food with a giant smile on his face it made my day! You could tell he was very busy but he didn’t show one sign of bad customer service. I hope I get Melvin each time I go to this location! :)
Ordered fries and got tater tots, wasn’t worth the hassle to complain.
I've heard some people having bad experiences here, however I've come here nearly my whole life and never had any issues with this location. It's likely my number 1 sonic location. Food is great, I can't recall any bad experiences with their staff, and the wait time for my food is typically quite fast.
The place was the best sonic I've visited in awhile. Food came out fast. Customer service was awesome. And they took my order at a decent speed. While it was a lil busy. Great job.. food was delicious too. Thank you.
