The customer service here is AMAZINGGGGGGGG! Tia was our server and she made sure everything was hot and on time !!!! What’s better than fresh food ??? A server with a smile and genuine customer service. BIG MIKE (manager ) was even better ! His smile can light up the world ! We need more people like him in this world…. Genuine and kind. Safe to say I’ll be back just to see those two .THEY NEED A RAISE!!
I was there with my whole family and we all said the food was phenomenal.
I had the baby back ribs and the ribs were juicy and tender.
The service was amazing, neither my family nor I ever asked for a refill because my waitress was fast. By the time we were on our last gulp the next cup was on the table.
The place was very busy as many customers were there to watch the playoffs game, so for her to be on top of it was extraordinary.
We watched the playoffs game there and the environment was uplifting.
Love love Love coming here to visit the best bartender Jeff.... I got some food to go and it was delivered by someone I can only presume got out of bed. I mentioned to manager my unhappiness...
He said that he didn't realize she had on sandals.... I responded ummmm "It's the PJs for me"
She continued to work for 10 minutes... I saw a large party of 40 people but it would've taken 2 minutes to run to RR and change back into her uniform. Very unprofessional and should never be an option even if other servers are "in the weeds"
Did I mention Jeff was FABulous and Tia had a smile that made me smile back... Always a good environment... but this Sat it was a big 👎👎
Food was excellent!!! Got the Big BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and was cooked to perfection. Tea was good and cold and sweet. Tried 2 other Chili's in the past few months and had some bad experience, but y'all changed my mind. Thanks for a great dinner and friendly customer service!!! Perry was out server and was great. Checked on us to makes sure that everything came out okay. Very interactive with us, and friendly like we was family. Thanks for taking care of us Perry, need more in the industry like yourself!!!
Food was very good. The gentleman who waited on us was very friendly and did a great job waiting on us. My husband and I shared the sampler platter and it was delicious and the perfect amount of food for 2 people to share as a meal.
Best Chili’s I been too in a long time! After eating here I feel like Chili’s has a chance for a comeback. Food, price, and customer service as good. The only bad thing was the sweet tea and water. Didn’t taste very well.
The restaurant was clean, half crowded. Staff super friendly and polite. My kid loved the interaction with staff. The food was good, flavor and portions excellent. No concerns. I will come back.
The bartender sat us in a cozy booth. She was very attentive. The food was delicious. I had the 6 oz sirloin steak medium rare with steamed broccoli. The others had beef ribs, chicken strips, fries, salad, macaroni....all delicious.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious and tasty. We ordered some Classic Nachos and they had a good amount of every ingredient. The were very good. We also got a Chicken Alfredo Pasta, the chicken was tender, not dry, and it was a good portion. I love the garlic bread here is always DELICIOUS!
I did the "three for me special". Great special. Only a few dollars more than fast food. Lots more food to. I had a salad, drink, had a large chicken sandwich for $11. Really good. Took some home. Service was great, even watched a game. Really can't be beat for the money.
My best friend and I decided for my birthday to go to Chili’s. I just wanted to do something simple because we did so much over the weekend. The Atmosphere was nice and my dinner was delicious. 💯❤️
