At the 25720 Kuykendahl location there is a lady by the name of Barbara in the mornings
Ms Barbara is the sweetest, nicest most professional lady. Every time I am there Ms Barbara greets and treats all customers with a genuine smile on her face.
Ms Barbara is a great ambassador to the Whattaburger brand.

Perhaps the best thing about here, is that the menu can be altered and personalised with ease. With some places it takes a age to alter a standard menu item, here it’s fairly quick.
I knocked a mark off because it does get busy and a drive through can take 30 mins at a bad time.
With that said, great burgers, fries are fairly average in my opinion tho.
The food was great and so was the service. My order just took awhile. But it was piping hot and fresh. 😀
My favorite Whataburger in the country (and I've been to all of them pretty much). Staff is smart, friendly and helpful. Any issues and a manager is close by to assist. Great place!!
Great consistent food and service. I was having trouble with my app trying to order breakfast before the cutoff time and I call and talk to Gary. He was very nice and put in the order for me to come pick up. One of the best Whataburgers I’ve ever been to.
It's fast food, but some of the best fast food you can get. The night we went the drive-through lady stood out as far as friendly, attentive vibe, great (for fast food) food as usual.
The food was super good and the service was excellent, the people who work there was super friendly and helpful 🙂
Convenient! Consistently good when we're too tired to do anything else. Especially late in the evening when everything else is closed. They're there for us!
Very clean location. Nice employees and super quick on weekdays around 2 -3pm. Very flavorful and generous burger. My favorite guilty pleasure.

The food was good but they forgot my orange juice and my pancakes were not as hot as I'd like.
I ordered from the app for delivery and Favor, the 3rd party that’s to pick up our food didn’t show within the estimate timeframe. It wasn’t even picked up from the store to be delivered. I called and spoke to the manager and he was so generous. Thank you to the staff and to the manager at this location for remaking our food so that it was fresh and for being so nice. A lot of times we get on these public platforms to complain, but I wanted to publicly acknowledge this store and staff for the excellent customer service you provide in this community.

We eat here weekly. Probably twice a week actually. My kids are obsessed with it and ask for it all the time. The food comes out fast and to order. Sometimes something is missing or incorrect but they are quick to address and fix. My favorite burger is the sweet and spicy bacon burger.
