Stopped by for a quick salad... ordered via the kiosk. The order went quick, the kiosk was difficult to manage, but after a few restarts, it worked. Good: The food was fresh, salad was good and cold Service: server didn't bring enough silverware, no self-serve options. Finding staff to get extra
We enjoy Panera for its menu. They have good quality, tasty items. The only negative is that they are having trouble with having enough staff to insure timely service. 11/13/2023 - Was there again today. While I still enjoy the food, having enough or skilled employees still appears to be a problem.
The price is a little high but the food was great! I had an egg white avocado on a multi grain bun, chai latte, and pumpkin muffin. Everything was delicious!
Owen was the nices window person i've meet. was so helpful and got my order out insainly fast. Should be next employee of the month.food was mid tho could have done better.
I have sip club membership and enjoy unlimited free drinks , specially green tea is my all time favorites. Food is always good and fresh .

I recommend the Cinnamon Toast French Toast Bagel and the Coffee Cake. The pastries are always fresh. The coffee is strong and not watered down. It’s a great location to work or take meetings because they have free WiFi. The staff is nice and there’s always good food that’s fresh and delicious.
The food was great as was the service. They messed up while ringing up my order abd my ny food fresh the right way abd it delicious.
Panera does well with what they do offer, with great food, drinks, and overall atmosphere. That said, they (obviously) aren't good for what they don't offer--dietary restrictions are difficult here, so if that's you, to cooperate you might be finding other options, not substitutes. Plus, prices for
