Great food, great service. The only place open when we got to Houston and I'm glad it was.

My girl Scout troop just did Bakers in Training with the cypress location- they were awesome! Nice, patient and even gave my 3 yes old an apron and chef's hat.

Alex in the pink shirt �was super awesome. I was extremely disappointed with another panera location (memorial city location and never will go back) and was kinda of skeptical about going to another Panera bread. I’ve been to the cypress location before and they made slight errors to my orders. Nothing too bad...we are all human.... forgivable. I placed a online order the previous day for bagels for my co workers and it wasn’t ready (so we thought). As I walked to my car Alex ran outside with my order and said it was ready. I was so pleased that he went checked on it after I told him not to worry about the order (I was already running late to work). Go Alex!!!! You have honestly restored my thoughts of Panera bread, especially after the horrible experience I had at the memorial city location( this location is close to my place of employment). Thanks sir �.... round of applause to you.
Stopped by for a quick salad... ordered via the kiosk.
The order went quick, the kiosk was difficult to manage, but after a few restarts, it worked.
Good: The food was fresh, salad was good and cold
Service: server didn't bring enough silverware, no self-serve options. Finding staff to get extra utensils was hard.
Bad: stor was dirty, floors were horrid....
All things considered, yes, i would go back...
We enjoy Panera for its menu. They have good quality, tasty items. The only negative is that they are having trouble with having enough staff to insure timely service.
11/13/2023 - Was there again today. While I still enjoy the food, having enough or skilled employees still appears to be a problem. The soda machine was out of ice, or broken, and the men's bathroom was filthy. This does not give me a lot of confidence in their management. Not sure how long I'll wait before returning here.
The price is a little high but the food was great! I had an egg white avocado on a multi grain bun, chai latte, and pumpkin muffin. Everything was delicious!
Owen was the nices window person i've meet. was so helpful and got my order out insainly fast. Should be next employee of the month.food was mid tho could have done better.
I have sip club membership and enjoy unlimited free drinks , specially green tea is my all time favorites. Food is always good and fresh .
Never disappoints!! I order the steak and white cheddar with extra cheese and add chipotle, on a black pepper focaccia bread…. Shhheeesssh that’s my sh’t! Always on point with the sauce and flavor. Always fresh. Employees that take my order are always nice to me, cooks are always fast and accurate and hand me my bag with a smile.

They have free wireless for customers. Tasty food, I enjoy eating here.
I recommend the Cinnamon Toast French Toast Bagel and the Coffee Cake. The pastries are always fresh. The coffee is strong and not watered down. It’s a great location to work or take meetings because they have free WiFi. The staff is nice and there’s always good food that’s fresh and delicious.
The food was great as was the service. They messed up while ringing up my order abd my ny food fresh the right way abd it delicious.
Panera does well with what they do offer, with great food, drinks, and overall atmosphere. That said, they (obviously) aren't good for what they don't offer--dietary restrictions are difficult here, so if that's you, to cooperate you might be finding other options, not substitutes. Plus, prices for common toppings and spreads (not included) are a little disappointing, say, if you need some more cream cheese, for instance. However, complaints only maybe merit -1 star in my mind, because otherwise Panera Bread is great. Would recommend😌🤙
