I noticed my burrito was a really odd shape and for $13 I couldn’t help but come back and say something to the manager and he had somebody else make me an awesome looking Full looking burrito totally took care of me whoever was the manager from 1 PM on 2/11 thank you you rock 😊

We drove for 30 min. to eat at chipotle in Tomball . We arrived 30 min before closing only for them to tell us that there was no meat on the line and they were already starting to clean. Bad service. This is the 3th time in a month.

Doesn’t give you any vegetables when you order online. Very disappointed. Didn’t close the tops. Juice spilled through leaked through the bag. Bag broke. Unacceptable.

Best Chipotle in the area, bar none. My family and I come here from The Woodlands just to eat Chipotle here. The meats are always seasoned, and cooked properly. Customer Service is terrible! Constantly out of food on the line. Only reason I didn’t give one star is due to the fact that there are some great employees that balance out the bad employees which includes the management. They need to do better

Staff is friendly. Food is delicious. Sometimes they serve you less than what you are actually paying for but since I made the comment to one of the guys in the front I feel like they have been serving fairly.

In my opinion, not as good as they were before covid. Prices have gone up but not the food quality. Good service in a very clean environment.
