Aqua Blu made our wedding day more than we could ever ask for ! We had a small intimate candlelight ceremony that was so sweet and romantic..the reception took my breath away and brought me to tears...all of our guests were raving about the food! Have driven by this place so many times and never would've thought this place was so beautiful! We were staying nearby in Tom's River and were looking for some place to have dinner when this place came up on our search. I'm happy it did, because if not, we would've never come in.
Deceived by what the outside looked like, the inside did not disappoint! The space is great for a cozy, intimate dinner for two or for a party of twelve. Our server was very nice and attentive. We always appreciate a server that recommends a good dish or drink and makes sure that you're enjoying your time.
We'll definitely be back next summer!
Really nice dinner experience with friends here. Service was excellent (thanks Juan) and food was very good. The burger with the pasta on top my friend had was kinda weird, but my bolognese was excellent. We sat in the back room luckily because it was very loud in the other dining area. The bar area was jumpin'
Very nice well decorated upscale restaurant. The have a large bar in the front with a casual dining area with live music and a more formal dining area near the kitchen. Kitchen is open for view which I like to see. All was very clean and the food was very good.
This place was awesome and they accommodated my party of 6 last minute on the holiday weekend!! Our server was knowledgeable and made great recommendations!! Everyone enjoyed their meals but I must highlight mine!! The swordfish skewers were delicious!! I’m reviewing it all now- at estrellas_allornothing.
This place was amazing! Very welcoming and friendly… easy to make a reservation right online. Our waiter was very professional and friendly…. And let me tell you the food was great! Also what an amazing look on the inside. Thank y’all!
Went there to meet some friends, very nice bar. Atmosphere was great had a DJ playing music and singing very good voice. We just ate some appetizers the eggplant one was so good didn't like the shrimp one overcooked. Was a great night!

We have been faithful customers of Cafe Italia. We found out they also owned Aqua Blu on the east side of Rt 37 E before the bridge. We went for a change & we’re delighted with everything about this restaurant. Atmosphere was the spirit of Christmas- not to loud( 5:30 seating) , tables spaced to avoid your privacy/ health, friendly & overall wonderful. Our server was Colby. He obviously was proud of his work , a good trait. He told us about the history of the restaurant. Their specialities, addressed my allergy concerns & did not over visit our table. His suggestion to try their homemade pastas as a new comer was perfect. I had the Bolognese papadella- it was so deliciousI am still thinking about it! I normally eat a half portion but I totally cleaned my plate as shown in the pic. My husband had the Brodette di Pesce- a delectable bowl of fresh mussels, clams, calamari,& shrimp in a light tomato broth. We shared a crisp green salad with a wonderful dressing and some roasted Brussel sprouts. We did not have room for dessert .

Aqua Blu hosted a celebration of life for my family and had the best service. The wait staff and cooks were great. We had coffee and a dinner buffet with dessert to follow. The staff was so attentive and spot on that it made the event flow smoothly. Would recommend especially for the bar area which was a nice wide open section. Thanks guys!
We had an engagement party for my daughter and her fiancé here last weekend. The service and food were superb! The food was delicious, came out on time and hot and the staff were so professional and accommodating. Cathy, who runs the venue was easy to communicate with and super helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a party space or just a great meal!
We went here for Happy Hour. Nice atmosphere...bar tender was efficient and accommodating. Martinis were excellent. I had the crab cake sliders and my husband had a pricey hamburger (but he said it was very good).
I'd say it's not too bad. But I had higher expectations. We were in an outdoor seating. Tables were placed enough apart. The food was tasty. One of the pasta was a tad bitter cause of the pesto.
I hosted my baby shower here and the food was so delicious, everyone raved about it!!! Oscar and Cathy were so helpful and accommodating through the whole process. The wait staff was also great and even helped load the gifts to the car. With the combination of Aqua Blu’s amazing staff/venue & JC Events decor, my baby shower was a dream come true!!!!
