The staff were amazing, they went the extra mile after door dash never picked up my order to deliver to my family, the re made all our food and stayed pass closing to wait for me to get the food. These 2 guys that were there this evening should definitely get praise 🙌 my family and I are so amazed at their customer service skills and how they handled door dashes mess up. We will order there again because these 2 employees went above and beyond to fix door dashes error.
Great food and great vibes. Would easily be a 5 star if I didn’t have to wait an extra 10 minutes to pay with my gift card. This made me very upset but in the end it wasn’t too bad cause my bowl hit very different. Thank you bubakoos for your good food and service.
First time ordering from here.. had a hard time with the app.. called and spoke to Tiffany, SHE WAS SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL! Such a sweet girl! Our food was delicious.. thank you Tiffany! DEFINITELY will order again!
I love this Bubbakoos it's decorated so well and a little nicer then the other ones, you could even bring a date here. The food is super fresh at this location it's like amazing and the service is always on point and quick! Me and my family enjoy eating here because of the high quality food and great prices, don't pass this one up!
I've got nothing but good things to say, great healthy food, clean establishment, and the whole transaction took 5 minutes. I'm a regular at the Point Pleasant location, but the whole chain exceeds expectations.
My first time at this location was good, I came in 30 minutes before close, the girl working was polite, greeted me when I walked in, I told her my online order name & she had it ready to go.

My orders are always messed up . Deliver charge went from 2 dollars to 4 dollars . I've had bubbakoos at other locations that had much better food. I reccomend visiting another location considering the food is not as fresh here and you have a 90% chance of your order being messed up . Also so rude

Most things seemed pretty clean and well-organized. Food was freshly prepared and ready to be served to the customers. This is important when it comes to a quick counter service establishment such as this. The attitude and pleasantness of some of the employees were perhaps a little too casual the day we visitid. Some might find it off putting being spoken to as if you are interrupting someone's video game they're playing on their smartphone. Or simply interrupting a conversation texting someone from the internet about a possible Netflix and chill date later on in the evening.. Ultimately we were placed into more capable hands where we were served with Grace and dignity. We did receive exactly what we wanted for meals. So we may forgive any initial transgressions or hard feelings that may have been had due to the attitude and demeanor in which one employees spoke and conducted themselves towards us. At the end we got exactly what we wanted and where content given the circumstances. We ate our meal but not everything was as perfect as it could be. My companion noted that the chips were particularly greasy and it kind of ruined the pleasure of dipping his chips into that freshly made guacamole. I might add that his subpar assessment inhibited myself from trying to enjoy the wonder that is dipping a fresh tortilla chip into the bowl of a smashed avocado infused with lime juice salt and cilantro. I left disappointed needless to say. Where I ever to return I would keep a sharp and critical eye on the staff working there to make sure they bring their A-game with no attitude, no childishness, and no disrespect to their customers.
Visited for the first time and the server was extremely patient with me asking a million questions and not being positive about what I wanted. Solid taco salad

They are a little on the pricey side but every time I get something from there they always load up my burrito. One time they actually had to give me a new tortilla because the first one busted out of it. Honestly I take it home and have other tortillas and scoop half the filling to make two burritos. Lunch for two days for $10? I'll take it.
This place is the best place in town to eat at. Good food at a reasonable price with a friendly atmosphere. Dont be a lame you need to come try this place out. If you dont like bubbakoo's then its your lose and I highly recommend getting order number 66
