A standard McDonald's, very rarely they mix up an order. All safety procedures are followed. However, their hours can be varied and they often close at different times then posted online or at the store itself.

I waited for a half hour in the drive thru, only to have to knock on window and with a line of cars behind me. I'm usually patient and understanding when it comes to customer service, this was out of this world though. The staff were just standing around talking and not even handling orders. This was including the manager. This was very frustrating and when they came to the window they asked us "what!?" With attitude and said they didn't even know we had an order... Seriously!? What do you think we waited so damn long in a drive thru for? I wasn't leaving once you took my money. And to top it off, after spending over ten bucks, they didn't even take our order correctly and forgot two items, the ones for my son who was most important on that order we had. I will never go there again, and I would complain to management but they were standing there ignoring us just the same, laughing and talking w co-workers while the line was 6 cars deep. Also nobody at font counter so there was no excuse to just stand around. At least let us know if you're behind in the grill line if things are going slow, but to ignore for so long and even screw up the order after claim of no even knowing we had an order... Geez. You'd think they were all getting high.
