Greeted as soon as we walked in. Person taking the order kind of acted like he didn't want to be there. He did however take our order promptly and efficiently with no suggestions for add-ons and did not put the name I gave him nor any name on the ticket. Our order did come out quick, hot, and fresh
Ordered food including a shake which was mostly melted and tasted sour like it had expired. They also didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't go back for a refund. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I rarely eat here and yet this location screws up my orders more than any other fast
Best Arby's I have been at in 10 years. Sandwich had enough meat it looked like the menu board! Amazing and I will return, hoping it retains the quality!
I always get the beef and cheddar sandwich with an extra side of cheese becuz they are a little chincy on the cheese. Add a couple packets of horseradish sauce called "Horsey Sauce" and it's a good sandwich. đź‘Ť I also love their curly fries, can get with or without cheese, very good.
Terrible customer service. They couldn’t tell me what was on their menu when the electronic menu went down. When talking to the manager, the employee with the bad attitude was just laughing about it. If you want terrible customer service, this is the Arby's to go to. Got given someone else's order. Girl at the drive thru couldn't have cared less. Then order the 2 for $6 and got a drink - bill was $12 and change. I told them this is on the 2 for $6 - it shouldn't be rung up as $4.39+. Went
Drove up to the drive through and was told to give them a minute and I said "your fine" I get a reply back from the intercom mocking my "your fine" statement like a child. The people who work the drive through need to grow up.
Nice clean place. Staff friendly. But employees stressed with being over worked. At 4:30pm staff locked the doors, because they said there was only three employees to do the work. As we were there two employees showed up to help. Then the doors were unlocked. We got good hot food and it was good. Th
