I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my daughter and when my daughter opened up her box it was filled with the big mack sauce. So I go back inside the manager was giggling while apologizing. I was so up set . Terrible service . And I paid money to be treated this way.
If I could gave Negative star review I would, this McDonald’s has repeatedly given me fries that are half empty, every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to they’re pouring out the top. Where’s management?
Worst service. I don't know who is in charge of that place but u better check your order before you leave. And then when you go back because you're order isn't correct. They give you attitude . I paid 44 dollar's to b treated like that

Toppenish McDonald’s has gone downhill. How about spending more time working on customer service then the 2 renovations it’s already had. They always seem to be out of pies and napkins.
Drive thru for lunch ordered a large fry and a large McFlurry it was $8!! McFlurry is about half the size it used to be for the same price, not to mention the lack of topping on it. Things have really gone downhill as far as prices and portions!
