Nothing fancy, located inside the Mitsuwa Market Food Court. The best tendon and tempura in the area. Lightly breaded. Crispy outside and moist and full of flavor inside. Food always made to order. Good customer service. Average price.

This is one of my favorite Japanese meals and places! Nothing fancy. In a food court in Torrance. Plentiful parking. Friendly and helpful staff. But their tempura and sauce on their rice is one of the best. I've been craving this dish for months. I got the one with the fish and shrimp 🍤 tempura. Next time, I may get the same dish, but I might get mackerel (my favorite fish) grilled or broiled on the side. I could eat here often, and I wish I was in Torrance, purely to go back here! Big thanks to my friend Ken Miyoshi for putting me on game and showing me this spot.

Fabulous tempura and Tendon! Also were very accommodating. I don't eat shrimp and they made mine all veggie and my mom is allergic to eggplant so they substituted pumpkin. Highly recommend getting the set with the rice bowl with egg on it. So fantastic to break that yolk over the rice after feasting on the tempura. Especially loved the Shiso pepper. Yum! Also reasonably priced. This is our second meal at this great place...will return!

The Tendon bowl is a little pricey for the food court but crispy and delicious.

Hannosuke located inside Mitsuwa market (food court) Ok honestly I'm not much of a tempura person but I had to try this place out because it just opened up next to my work. I ordered the original tendon. This combo have one fish, two shrimp, one soft boiled egg shish, nori and kakiage. Excellent excellent excellent! Tempura was incredibly light, crispy and tasty and the sauce was not too salty or sweet. Recommend this place to my sisters they also enjoy it too. Highly recommend this place if you're craving tempura.

Great soba noodles for a hot summer day. Good price and amount. My girlfriend saved the dashi and later we made a soup with it.
