Our date night hangout! Love the skewered tongue, French fries, fried octopus legs, and chicken nankotsu! Quaint little place!

OMG. The food was amazing! Totemo oshii! We found this place by accident, how lucky! The service was good as well. I will definitely go there again next time I'm in Torrance.

This place is incredible. I absolutely fell is love. My girlfriend and I decided to come in here after a quick drink at Zebra Room. We were immediately greeted at the door by a friendly face. His name was Justin and he was our server. His service was unmatched to almost any other restaurant I have been to. He was courteous, my girlfriends drink was a little too strong and he noticed without either of us saying anything and just brought over more green tea (was a mixed drink with green tea). The food also was nothing short of amazing. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

We had lunch here for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised to find tasty, authentic Japanese food, not some wannabe copycat. I liked the subtle seasoning of each dish which were carefully prepared. The menu is extensive so would love to visit again to try something else. It's located in a strip mall with ample parking in front. Servers are friendly.

Sort of stumbled upon this place as my GPS led me astray, but glad that happened as this was an enjoyable meal. With 3 people, we were able to get a variety of dishes. I love hamachi (yellowtail) sashimi and it was lovely. Just how I expected and wanted it. I normally would not order fried chicken cartilage, but it was surprisingly good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The homemade yuzu sorbet was simple, but to the point. Those were my top dishes based on flavor. The above average dishes were seared albacore sashimi, steak with stir-fried bean sprouts, agedashi tofu, and strawberry unbaked cheesecake. The cheesecake tasted fine, but interestingly it was unbaked. I didn’t really like the fried breaded salmon, but it wasn’t my choice. Lol. Would I go back? Yes! Most dishes were pretty good, but I probably would not go out of my way to get to this place.

Tonkotsu ramen was fantastic. Lighter broth, but very flavorful. The chashu was the best part. Full of flavor and marbled. Wish they added an egg...

Great Japanese food! We had Katsu-Don, Katsu Curry, Oshinko, Gyoza and Tempura. All were fantastic! We lived in Japan and traveled there frequently for nearly 20 years, so are very picky when it comes to Japanese food.. this place hit the mark 💯 Small seating area
