My daughter and I were in the neighborhood, and we wanted a refreshing drink. We saw Robeks and decided that was perfect! So we went in, and the two staff people there didn't say hi or acknowledge our presence. We stood by the register, and a lady finally took our order. I think her name was Anna.
Fast, excellent customer service, app is awesome, fresh fruits... Great lunch option.

The manager, Elyse, is always there every week when I order my Queen of all Greens. Not only does she greet me with a smile every time, she remembers me and always makes sure I get my drink the way I like it! Her multi-tasking abilities and her customer service skills are on point! They accidentally gave my order to another customer. Which is okay, it happens. But instead of making my order right after. They made maybe 2 or 3 orders before mine, so I have to wait 25 mins for one smoothie.
I would normally give 5 stars for delicious Acai bowls and ease of ordering online but a few of the times I added on Veggies (Spinach and Kale) with my Strawnana Acai Bowl and they were in whole form. Not blended up with the Acai base like I would think it should be. Hoping there is improvement w

Amazing customer service by Melody and Marie. All of our drinks tasted amazing and was prepared in less than 10 minutes and we even got to sign up for the rewards which gave us $3 off. Definitely coming back!
