First of all I entered the restaurant no one had greeted me and it took 10 minutes to be seated manager sitting at the counter eating while cashier was was helping two customers with their lunch or dinner receipts after 10 minutes manager got up to help cashier I did not acknowledge me waiting for a table after a few minutes he asked if I needed to be seated I told him yes and then sent the cashier to seat me.
Waitress was pleasant but did forget a few things in my order and condiments But she was pleasant.
I don’t really what the policy is for managers just sit back watching struggling workers and not observing customers walk in to be seated
either they should be in the back with their meals eating or they should help to meet greet and seats all customers
I’m sure this is not Carol’s policy or customer service satisfaction please retrain these personnel at this location below

I love to eat breakfast there once a week. With Covid, the hours have gone from early to late and now back to early at 6 am. Edvin has been my waiter for years but his schedule has now changed. I now am being waited on by Ramon who is also doing a fine job! Great food, great staff, and great music. It is the best!!! Love it...😎

I usually come here all the time for breakfast. I’m not sure when this changed, but I was unable to put that I want my eggs scrambled soft and my pancakes made light. So I called the store 2 minutes after I placed my order and requested if they could do this. An employee answered and was like your food is already bagged. He didn’t seem knowledgeable, but it’s okay because someone probably didn’t train him well enough. So he’s like I can get you to the manager. The manager is then like, “Your food is already bagged.” I’m like how is my food already made and bagged within 2 minutes!? I placed the order on the app and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. His response was, “The food is already bagged because we’re not busy.” It takes me about 8-10 minutes to arrive to this location from where I’m usually coming from. He REFUSED to make a hot meal with my requests. So, my food was cold when I received it. I just took what I paid for and left.
I’ve always wondered why my food was Luke warm when I received it, but never wanted to make a big fuss. I appreciate the people who show up to work every day, but if this is who is in charge, they’re failing the customer service aspect of running this establishment.

Coco's is a Bakery Restaurant. Nothing speaks to that like the beautiful display case of decadent pies, cookies and pastries that greet you as you enter. So many choices. You always wish you could have one of each. Then you sit down and have a wonderful meal...be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. With great service from the staff. After which, your mind returns to that display case. So you just have to try one or two (or three) items from the dessert menu. And just when you thought you were done...there you are in front of that display case again as you pay the cashier. Fighting the urge for yet another treat. As the old saying goes, "Come for the food, but stay for the pie" ...I believe I will.
