The intersection is loud. Makes it hard to communicate in the drive through. It also made me realize that I'm not okay paying almost the same I would at a regular restaurant for a drive through experience. Might as well get a booth at Denny's and have a relaxed meal.
The reason I gave this place a 5-star rating is due to the lady that took our order. She was beyond nice and attentive. More than she should be for what she and her Co-workers make. Pay your employees what they deserve! I'm sure the owner(s) can do without that 4th luxury vehicle or 3rd vacation hom
Bad: only 2 employees working at 9 am. One taking orders the other cooking. Service is slow because of lack of employees, this is reoccurring theme for this store in Gardena on R.B blvd. The girl taking orders working drive-thru and front counter appears to be a new employee.
It was empty inside, drive thru was barely busy.
Ordered chicken tenders and fries, the chicken tenders were cold.
Like they had just been sitting out and the heat lamp was not functioning.
Restaurant is awesome if you like preheated food also worked here and they are great with employees paying them under minimum wage throughout the pandemic and firing them if they even ate a single fry with out paying that just shows how much this amazing restaurant values their employees !!
Well what can I say, I love this place no matter what, they messed up my order a couple of times by not giving me a hand breaded sandwich on my paid order 😡 and the second time they gave me a Western Burger instead of my double bacon Six Dollar burger, I got upset since I really couldn't claim anyth
Service was nice and the restaurant was clean. Food was pretty standard for Carl's Junior, came out seemingly fresh. The free wifi at this location is really nice.
I ordered 6 pieces of nuggets, found out at home only 5 🥴 They cheated... Also they didn't have us syrup for the French toast dips or any ketchup. Terrible!!!
