Best chicken I’ve ever had. Hubby had the liver and onions and he said it was the best he’d ever had. Highly recommend this place.

All our server had to say was "escargot" and had us hooked. I had the almond encrusted white fish and she had the small plate crab cakes. We had the leftovers for dinner tonight.

Fish is fresh and delicious! Great service! Large portions! Enjoyed our anniversary dinner, had one oysters Rockefeller full of sand and without asking our server brought us replacements. My husband made a point to call ahead and have a bottle of wine ready at our table and it was there and chilled.

This has been my "go to" place whenever I want to celebrate a special occation... or just have some good food. The crew works hard to bring service as good as their food.

We were there for the first time, and the food and service was great. It’s a beautiful setting. The grouds around the Tavern show pride of ownership, as well. We’ll be bach soon!

We celebrated our "Birthaversary" (my husband's & my birthday and our anniversary all on the same day) at the Old Mission Tavern last night. The pecan crusted whitefish was superb, and the crab cakes were the best we had ever eaten! Loved the atmosphere, and enjoyed browsing through the gallery while we were there as well. This was our first visit, but will definitely not be our last!

The food was amazing! Crab cakes are a must. It just was not the "Tavern" that we thought it would be and they were out of the hard cider we all wanted to try. Service was very friendly.

Stopped in for a post-snowshoe snack. Both the Chicken and Beef Noodle Soups were out of this world good. Artichoke dip to die for and the Key Lime Pie off the charts! Our waitress Lily was super friendly, helpful and nice. Will definitely be back for a main course entree. The dinner menu was over the top - not what you’d expect for a place so far north on the peninsula. Super reasonable prices to top it off! Definitely worth the trip!

Beautiful decor. Great service. Good prices. Don't eat anywhere else on the peninsula. We arrived midafternoon on a Friday in early October. We split a half pound cheeseburger off their smaller happy hour menu. It was perfectly cooked and plenty for two. There is a gorgeous art studio there too. Definitely go there!

We had our first marriage anniversary dinner there. The lamb chop was very good. Crab cakes were much better. We also got a complimentary dessert which made it very special.

A lovely spot in a lovely setting! Gorgeous drive past plenty of orchards and vinyards, plenty of parking. Kind, attentive staff. Amazing food at good prices. We tried the escargot, prime rib, and rack of lamb. Their warm foccocia bread tasted amazing. Plenty of diverse, local, original art to look at, apparently the owner is also an artist. Great covid porcedures. I'd love to go back on a day with even nicer weather!

Little place bringing big flavor. Stopped in between winery visits. My food was in front of me in under 10 minutes. There is artwork decorating the place that is for sale that just adds an extra touch. I'd absolutely come back.

Lovely little lunch spot! What a delightful find! Focused lunch menu, bu what options there are are beautifully prepared. Even two options for veggie burgers, which was very nice. Staff attentive and super friendly, and s pleasant surprise to find prices very reasonable--impossible burger, chips, coleslaw, with soup and ice tea, all for $16. The attached art gallery and sun porch make it an especially beautiful place, too!!
