My husband and I went here for lunch when we were visiting Traverse City. Our server Ashley was amazing! She went above and beyond, even had a salad 🥗 specialty made for us that was no longer available. I have to say the A/C was on a little high and it was pretty cool in the restaurant. My husband is on blood thinners and was cold. She came back with a hot chocolate for him. I thought that was so sweet! Our meal was very good too! Thx Ashley 🥰

My spouse and I recently dined at Chili's and opted for the Old Timer with Cheese burger, accompanied by a side of fries. Our experience was notably pleasurable, marked by attentive service and culinary satisfaction. Our waitress, Amber, distinguished herself with her professionalism and warm demeanor. Her attentiveness enhanced the overall dining experience, contributing to a sense of genuine hospitality. The Old Timer with Cheese surpassed expectations, boasting a well-balanced combination of flavors. The burger, featuring a succulent patty and perfectly melted cheese, paired harmoniously with the crisp and well-seasoned fries. The portions were substantial, ensuring our satiation. Remarkably, the efficiency of service stood out, with our food promptly delivered. The commitment to delivering freshly prepared, warm meals was evident, reflecting positively on the kitchen's attention to detail. The restaurant's ambiance was conducive to a pleasant evening. The lively yet not overwhelming atmosphere, coupled with tasteful decor, provided an inviting setting for an enjoyable meal.

Atmosphere was good. Food was good as always. Staff was nice. Overall. Good place to eat. Will be back again Update 3-5-23: Came back and the inside of the restaurant was unbelievably cold. Food was decent this time. Heat needs to be turned up alot more.

The wait wasn't too bad, as the host Michael is wonderfully entertaining and charismatic. Potato soup was pretty good. As was the mini fudge ice cream. The shrimp tacos were lacking flavor, maybe needed lime or some seasoning. I wish your server was the one who brought food, as you really don't interact much with them if they don't. This was an over all good experience. Really reasonable meal combos too! Prices have increases and portions have decreased slightly. But service is still good

This place is incredible! Stephanie waited on us and was by far one of the best waitresses I have had at any restaurant. Incredible service, impeccable atmosphere, the food is on point. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and ask for Stephanie!

Food was good. Staff was very understaffed. - They were limiting how many people they could sit causing a 20 minute wait for a mostly empty restaurant. While waiting I saw several couples opt to leave instead of wait. They lost half their business while I was there due to people coming in and turning around and leaving after being told the wait time.

I usually get the appetizer platter. I chose the mini burgers, mozz and egg rolls. Awesome! The burgers had great char on them. The mozz was nice and stretchy. The egg rolls are my favorite. Then tried a side of Mac and cheese. Oh boy... that was good. Thick, smooth creamy white cheese sauce and what looked like cavatappi pasta. The weather outside was cool, and the restaurant still had the air on. Probably should have been turned off, hence the 4 out of 5 stars for atmosphere.

Date night at Chili's! We had the special corn, ribs, and a couple sides. Everything was very good and we did not have to wait for a table. The one thing that baffles me is very little to no craft beers. I believe they had one IPA and the usual other big brand beers. I had a margarita, which was good. Did not give 5 stars for atmosphere, only because the interior design is dated, or at least not fresh. The same could be said for similar restaurants, e.g., Applebees, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and others. That being said, older decor doesn't affect the overall experience much, especially when the restaurant is very clean, like this one. Our server was attentive and warm but not overbearing. Recommended for sure!

Service was great, staff is always friendly and accommodating. The kitchen.... eh. I'm only writing this review so no one makes the same mistake I did. Chicken crispers... garbage. I don't know if they were training a new cook or what, but my chicken crispers were awful. I'm not sure how you mess chicken tenders up but they did. Best description I can offer is: the texture was like rehydrated Jerkey. They were definitely crispy... but like a rock. It's like they messed up someone's order and just set aside the tenders and just re-dropped them. As I'm writing this I'm realizing why it took our food so long to come out. Side note: Chilli's really needs to reassess their "honey bbq" sauce because GROSS.
