As always, food and service were fantastic! They have the best salads! I’ve loved every one I’ve had. We love the brocolli cheddar soup! Bread bowls and baguettes are yummy. You be of our favorite places to eat healthy, wholesome meals.

The chicken chipotle avocado sandwich was amazing. Not too spicy, just right. Also the cashiers and servers were really friendly and let me keep the chips when they fixed my side order. Great food and service!

I love their food! It is very clean and fresh and the ingredients are delicious! Service at our Panera is really good and they always make you feel welcome. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants!

We went through the drive-thru. The order was taken correctly, and customer service was exceptional. We will go again!

Came here for lunch after the 'rush' time. Not a lot in the cases but thats to be expected. I really liked the pick 2 option with their soups, salads and sandwiches. I got the Southwest lime chili chicken salad and the roast rurkey and avocado blt. Yum. Pretty big portion of salad. Very chill atmosphere and easy parking.

All the food is amazing, love the half and half meals. The coffee is not good at all. It's not a coffee shop so I still give it 5 stars. Mobile ordering is too notch, I ordered food 12 hrs in advance and the food was ready right on time.

Staff were extremely friendly, there was not a long wait to place my order or to get my food. It was my first time at Panera bread and I loved what I had ordered and will definitely be a return customer.

The technology caused me some grief. I tired using the kiosk. The kiosk thought it was communicating to the card reader but the card reader was ignoring the conversation I guess. Anyway it took way too long to order a sandwich. The good part was that when someone came over to help, they ended up taking me over to a cash register to get the order in (good service) but then the pager dohicky didn't seem to be working right, but when someone came by to ask how theins were and I explained the situation they sent so where and the dohicky did it's thon (good service). So good food, really good service, bad technology. Update: this time I ordered on the web before I drove over. Not sure if they were doing maintenance or something, but the website was very slow and the websites human factors are marginal. I got it ordered and it was ready when I arrived. Food and service continue to be good. Update: kiosks all seem to work. No avocado for the avocado sandwich, but other than that, it's all good.

The service here is excellent. I am newer to the area and needed a place to get a snack and some study time. I am so glad a friend recommended it to me. I have had the same cashier the last few times I have visited and they have been beyond helpful. The food I order is always fresh and delicious I definitely will be returning here many times.

Sandwiches were great. Process for picking up my online order was difficult. Went to the counter in main foyer area directly adjacent to the order pickup parking spaces to report I was there to pick up my order. Counter person acted confused about my question. I explained that I ordered online and was there to pick up the order. Still a confused look. I then asked where I could pick up my order. Response was that I had to go to another window for order pickup. I found the window labeled "Order Pickup" and reported my name and that I was there to pick up my order. Person could not find my food. Person asked for my name again which I repeated and spelled. Still confusion. Person asked if I was a delivery person or an individual customer. I replied with the latter. Person then said I had to go to another window. I did and found the bag with my food. I went back to the pickup window to politely report that I had never been to that Panera, so I didn't know their process. I suggested that they post instructions for pickup on the Panera ordering site. The person patiently and professionally reported that Panera has one ordering web site that services all Panera franchises, but every franchise does things differently. Finally the simple solution! Standardize the process across all franchises and post the standardized process on the ordering site. Some noticeable directional signage in the store would also be an obvious assist.

Supply chain seems to be hurting here. No large cups and some items limited. Good and service is always good. I don't like that ALL of the he front parking spaces are designated for pick up only. It's inconvenient when dining with someone with limited mobility.

Ordered our food, we got our drinks and within five minutes we got our food. It was very delicious.

Usually a pretty good visit when I go. It can be touch and go when it comes to getting exactly what you ordered. On several occasions I have ordered for Rapid Pick up and something I've ordered has been forgotten. Food always tastes great though and the staff is very friendly.
