This Arbys can run a few minutes waiting quite often, but considering staffing shortages restaurants all have they do an incredible job. Food is always fresh and hot and I have never had a problem with any of my orders from this location. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming.

Super disappointed ☹️ it had been a few months since I had been to Arby's, was craving their French dip. My sandwich was great however two days in a row my order was missing the fries 🤬 so for a combined total of almost $25 and missing half of my order, I'm pretty disappointed. Two different days in a row, two different employees, neither day the restaurant was that busy!

Arby's is my wife's favorite fast food place. Since none on Kauai we have to stop at one when on the mainland. This one is only drive through.

Really bad location. They do not maintain their drive way in winter and there is no turn around. Tore my muffler off trying to get through the drive through this winter

They made meat mountain no questions asked. 10/10 service. Curly fries were bomb, same with the mozzarella sticks. The location does not do dining in.

They made me fresh mozzarella sticks, which was nice, but by the time I got those, my roast beef sandwich was cold. Overall, the food and service was good.

This is one of two Arby's in Traverse city and I feel it is the better one! Food always seems fresh & fast and the staff is friendly. They have even made fresh curly fries for me when the ready ones were "getting old" as the cashier put it.. This is usually my 1st choice for fast food in TC.

Well, what can I say, it's an Arby's and it's also got a drive-through available to it. It does what it does and sometimes they get orders wrong, but no place is perfect. Haven't had a bad tasting burger from here before. So there is that.
