There needs to be better communication amongst the staff. One employee asked if I wanted my coffee cake toasted and then another employee told me they don't do that here. I'm confused because other Starbucks locations do it.

This Starbucks, Warren St., location has declined in the area of maintenance and operating hours. The restrooms, in particular, are a real challenge to use - just not clean. Additionally, this specific location has horrible operating hours. Their closing hours and holidays schedule is to regularly close early and/or they are not open. This is starkly different from any other Starbucks location that I’ve frequented.

Love this Starbucks for the convenience. However, this store seems to be "on their own" from corporate. They close often due to short staffing (I think) and it is often a hit or a miss if I will be able to order from this location. The employees are always very friendly and professional but they could definitely use some extra help. This morning I waited over an hour for my mobile order as they were extremely busy and only had two people making orders.

A great coffee shop that treats you with so good coffee daily. Fast service, you don't need to wait long to get your order. Excellent customer service.

As usual great coffee and nice fresh pastry. Was quiet as it was almost closing time (2pm). Shutters went down at 1:15pm😟. But recommendable!

Starbucks downtown Trenton is not so great. I waited forever only to get super bitter coffee this morning. I love Starbucks and I'm always satisfied, except when I go to this location. This will be my last time. I'll drive the 12 minutes vs 5.

I went in the morning at 7:30 am. Wasn't crowded as this Starbucks is new and just opened a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and offered suggestions. The decor is beautiful with Trenton inspired murals on the walls. I got a gingerbread grande frappe and a cranberry scone they heated up for me. Both were delicious. It is clear they are still adjusting but I for one am very excited to have a Starbucks in this community!
Update: have returned several times and am definitely seeing more people enjoying their drinks now. Preferable to dunkin nearby because I can comfortably sit down and relax for a while on a cold day.
