6:52pm on Wednesday, May 4th. Went to drive up window, guy said they were closed and was extremely rude. Interesting…. Their hours on Google say 7pm and you don’t need to be rude.

Unprofessional and rude. Explained to them I’m missing an item off my order and one of the employees just responded “no you’re not”. She also proceeded to tell me I didn’t order said item and after showing her the receipt she replied “so what do you want?”.
Obviously the missing item that I PAID for. Certainly won’t be coming here again. If you’re ordering drive-thru at this location please check order your prior to leaving to avoid a headache

Got my order wrong 3 times. And still was wrong on my receipt. Then when I left I noticed they didn't even give me a straw. 2 stars only because the sandwich was actually good

I go there every day for coffee and a bagel. Lately every other day the bagel is missing the cream cheese that I requested. They need to put the women back on the drive thru ordering, when she is taking the orders they are correct.

I have taken hashbrowns from them two times. Both of times i was given cold and burned hashbrowns in non eatable state. We thrown them. I changed dunkin.
