This Mcdonald's orders some of it's food from a different supplier than corporate stores. I talked to the crew about the problem with the ice cream and McChicken patties: then the shift manager; then the store manager, and then the district manager before calling the complaint line. When I called
It takes a long time for someone to ask for my order at the drive through. Otherwise, everyone was nice. The food was good.
Update: since my first post, things have improved. I haven't had to wait at all for someone to acknowledge me. The food is still very good and the staff is friendly.
They kept trying to shoo people out of the dining area, at 7 pm, on a Saturday. Food was good though.
They got our order correct and everything was hot and tasted fresh. The Sweet tea was VERY sweet just like we like it. We ordered a quarter pounder meal medium with a large sweet tea, a quarter pounder with no onions extra pickle, a 10 piece nugget, and another large sweet tea.
Fast, cheerful and good! McDonald's was busy when I drove up at 11:30am.
Less than five minutes later I left with hot burgers and fries.
Read some terrible reviews on this place but my experience was very pleasant.
