They have almost never (in 16 years) been able to get an order completely right. We are always missing fries or a sandwich or the wrong drinks. Even ordering through the app is not helpful. So we always wait at the window and check all of the bags to be sure we got everything.

Owners or managers need to fix: credit card machine( took 3 times, no chip reader) beverage dispenser ( 1/2 flavors not available), and ketchup pump ( broke according to employees). Nice people and ok food.
Food was good and service was good. The best thing is that you could dine inside! When you are traveling and it's 85°, you don't want to go through the drive-thru and eat in the car!!!!! Many of the fast food places we tried were not open except for the drive-thru.
Girl at drive thru was a little overwhelmed and it came out in her voice. She was being criticized by 2 other employees that were probably 30+years younger than her. I asked about the sizes of chili and it was a TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO A LARGE CHILI🙄

Wendy's food is usually pretty good but it's the staff that makes it or breaks it.
The staff currently at Wendy's is pretty good. They are young and pretty tight as a team and they stayed busy.
