We placed an order for two foot long subs at 7:15pm. This location closes at 8pm. They contacted my husband but we were next door where it was loud; therefore my husband decided to walk next door. They told us they only had flat bread and could not make our subs. My husband asked if we could get a refund because we ordered subs. The owner Jamal came out and replied I called you, it’s your fault for not answering your phone. My husband demanded they refunded us, that it was their fault for not putting bread in the oven way before they closed. Jamal handed him 20 bucks and told him to leave and how he was banned. My husband came back next door, handed me 20 bucks and how told me Jamal stayed he didn’t know how to refund. I decided to walk over and ask if he needed my card because I paid $20.27. Jamal laughed and asked if I was really coming back for .27 cents. I replied yes, I ordered food that I didn’t get? Regardless of what the cost was, he should give the customer back what they paid. He handed me .30 cents and told me not to come back. Proceeded to say if my husband or I did, he would call the cops. I was more than polite to him, honestly confused as to why he couldn’t just refund our card when my husband came over. I contacted corporate because regardless as an owner he should never speak to a customer that way, especially in front of his employees. Not like he has to worry about us coming back, we won’t waste money there. At least we got the proper refund for the subs we did not get. I would save yourself the time and not come to this location.

I was there last night ordering a 6in vegetarian sub and made sure to say no meat whatsoever and once I came home to eat it I find a piece of chicken in it, I was very disappointed because I almost ate it. Being a vegetarian over 10yrs this makes me sad how employees don’t pay attention to customer needs. Will not return to this location ever again.

Is was pretty good, but be aware they are not accepting coupons. I took off one star for that. Their was a sign on the counter.

Online ordered at 7:10 was told they didnt have bread they were out. Business owner told me it was my fault i disnt check my messages and they didnt know how to refund me. This is the problem with the usa!

The sandwich I got was fresh and delicious with a large amount of rotisserie chicken on it, plus the staff working there was efficient and friendly! I'll be back😁

Orderd two sandwiches the one sandwich was missing cheese and ham. And we where missing a cookie. The overall quality of service has dramatically gone down.
