This Arby's is Awesome! Always Fast and Never Messed up My Order. I am Very Happy with there service and will continue to keep coming back. Note: I am from Mooresville So it is a Drive for me. But, I don't Mind. This is My Go to Spot for My Roast Beef Sandwich Fix. Thank you Kind Folks @ This Arby's
The beef ‘n cheddar is the best. Meat is very juicy and tender, onion roll is so yummy. I just wish they still offered the potato cakes instead of fries. Their apple turnover is the bomb too for dessert.
Fast and always friendly! Even when my three year old is screaming her order into the "Microwave" so she says.
Food is always fresh and the customer service at this location is superb.
Been here a couple of times. Friendly staff, clean inside. Unfortunately due to staffing issues, it has only been drive thru as of lately. I am glad they are honest enough to say it is staffing issues, but I do feel for the current employees at this point. Seems to be the same guys everytime we have gone lately.
Karen who was running the drive through made our day. She was so kind and her words so thoughtful. I’m sure she won’t remember us as it was a quick interaction but she left a lasting impression on us! I hope she will see this and know her positive energy and joy is infectious and so meaningful — anywhere would lucky to have her as an employee. Never have had such an kind and thoughtful drive though fast food experience. Thank you Karen!
