Stopped in for breakfast and the staff were rude. They give you the option to dine in then complained about people eating in the lobby. Meanwhile they have a table setup for a party they had. Over half the food was made wrong. There isn't even soap in the bathrooms so idk how the employees wash thei
Absolutely rudest staff that I’ve ever encountered. They then proceeded to charge me in the app and then wanted me to also provide my card which ended up as a double charge. The lady in the drive through was absolutely hateful and continued to run her mouth without a manager putting a stop to it.
Worst drive thru ever. Ordered two medium fries when you enter the drive thru and didn't say it was on the order. I had to pay extra. The person who gave me my food was so rude

The worst 😫 McDonald's app experience! The help and a manager were not trained nor motivated. GM finally showed them what to do. But she billed me for free fries. Stay away from Charlotte Hwy franchise north of Lake Norman. Didn't eat at Troutman Rd location.
Food was excellent! Fries were hot and salty, just like we love them. Service was fast and friendly.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! There was a piece of metal in my burger. Staff also refused to make ice cream saying the machine was broken but the lady before got 2 shakes?! Kiosk only. More expensive because of high pay for employees. The little ham on the egg Mcmuffin was almost see-thru. Like that the small medium and life drinks are all $1 because they are really all the same size.
Negative 5 Stars if I had the option!! Took 20 mins to tell me they were out of what I ordered & 35 mins to get my food & it mad me late for work even though I left 20 mins early. TERRIBLE SERVICE
