Review Bojangles - Troutman

So I don’t eat chicken so I don’t come to Bojangles often. I tried the fish Sammy it was decent. But the 5 stars is because the manager and staff are extremely friendly and efficient and accommodating. Very clean inside. Love the look. Will definitely be back.

I really used to like Bojangles,but there are a couple of things that have changed recently that cause me to steer to the left of their chain. They don't serve drinks with some combos. They stopped selling cinnamon biscuits. They stopped selling sweet potato pies. They have not added anything to their menu that would interest consumers who usually buy those menu items to offset the change. The staff has always been courteous. There are some very reasonably priced menu items, like sausage, steak, and chicken biscuits. But it's hit or miss if the biscuit you want is available. That's another thing. They are regularly running out of menu items. Recently, I stopped to get my mom's favorite - the chicken stips and was informed that they were out of chicken. You can't make this up! I'm usually pretty lenient with my reviews, but things are just not what I feel they could be with a little more effort. The price of everything is going up, and some items really are in short supply, but really, Bo, you just need to step up your game just a little bit.

I work for FedEx Ground. They always treat patrons with love and respect. They are always nice to me. Very professional. The food is always fresh and they always make each guest feel comfortable and appreciated. Thank you.

The wait in the drive thru is quite long but I was patient. Get to the window pay for my meal and they give me an incorrect order. I ask them to correct it, but the gal at the window just wanted to argue about it, I could see I was getting nowhere trying to get it corrected, so rather than get into an argument I just left without my order and without a refund. Not acceptable in my opinion.

Food was good. Blueberry biscuits were freshly made and had extra icing as requested. Did not have any cole slaw so I had to choose another side.

I am not sure that Bojangles is the same company it use to be. Poor service, over cooked biscuits and employees that know very little about customer service. Plus, you never know when the dinning room will be open. Seems all they want to be is a drive thru restaurant!

The food was delicious. The place is very good looking. Enjoyed watching them make biscuits from scratch. The only reason why they don’t get five stars is they were under staff so service was very slow. Needed at least two more people for the store to run smoothly.

Would give 5 stars! BUT Love to visit this location, although it stinks getting a totally WRONG (someone elses) order. It wasn't even anything My finance or I actually ate! We didnt notice until we got home...
