They took over an hour to deliver our lunches at work, forgot chips and straws and said they would have the chips out to us within an hour. It has been an hour and a half at this point after they delivered the subs... still no chips. Poor service.

Not impressed with the online delivery service. I had to call and confirm my order was received 30+ minutes after submitting it online before it was even made. Delivery time was just under an hour.
