Cannot say enough nice things about how excited I am for The Hill at Muza to have reopened and be handling safety precautions as well as they are. A must-visit spot for brunch. Staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and wanted to ensure everyone was happy with their food. Tables are well spaced, masks strictly enforced, and constant cleaning procedures being done. I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to try some delicious Polish food. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.
Such a pleasant surprise! They have an amazing outdoor area (even in the winter months) for those of us who prefer to eat outside. We ordered the burger and pretzel bites with beer cheese along with a few beers and cocktails. Everything was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We have definitely added this to our list of go-to places.
We especially appreciate restaurants like this who go out of their way to space diners out comfortably during the pandemic instead of seating us on top of each other. If you’re in the capital region looking for a trendy and safe establishment with outdoor seating and yummy eats then look no further!

The Hill is back and open again! Protocols are in place to ensure safety. Note reservations are required now. Couldn’t wait to order the Euroburger - one of my favorite burgers ever - and tonight’s did not disappoint. Worth the wait! Thrilled to see the black gate open again! Highly recommend!

One of the best places in troy for polish food. GREAT atmosphere!
Polish libation and fare! Love the European biergarten complete with heaters and cushions for seats. This is a great apre ski place. Rarely to you find Zwyiec beer on draft anywhere but you'll find it here! Bring your wallet but a great unique experience. Order at the bar for food and drink no table service.
The Hill is a local favorite of ours not only for the atmosphere but also the menu and the staff, all of which make any dining experience a great one. It's a very relaxed environment where you feel welcome.
