We have eaten at the Troy Ruby Tuesdays several times over the last few years. And also got carry out once. Each of our visits has been reasonably good. Even though they are very short-handed, they have always worked hard to provide good service. This trip was not so much. We expected long wait

These are getting hard to find but stopped for dinner on a Friday night and they didn't disappoint. They were extremely short staffed but everyone did everything they could to make the experience the best it could be. All in all our service was great, salad bar was well stocked and tasty as usual!!

Very poor service. Our 'waitress' would disappear even there were only 2 other tables occupied. It took almost 10 minutes for her to acknowledge that we had been seated and to take our drink orders. It was another good 7 minutes before sh returned. Once we received our food she never came to see
