Great selection and much better than your typical Asian restaurant. Miso soup was good and Sushi again much better than normal. I would eat there again.
Service has declined... Not near as helpful and fast as they used to be.

The best Troy has to offer.... My husband and I started going to the Golden Crane (or as we call it, "The Crane") when it first opened. The food is amazing, the sushi is unmatched, the service is wonderful. The oweners and the manager greet us by name as soon as we walk into the door. They almost always know what we're going to order, from the beef and mushroom soup, to the salad with homemade ginger dressing, to the fried rice, the philly roll sushe. and of course, the plum wine. We have been extrodanarly pleased with the recomendations by both the wait staff and the management and owners. Anywhere where I can get preferential treatment is going to be at the top of my list!
Great deal. The service and food here are superb! You can't beat the skillet or box meals. So much food for such a great price! I'm not too fond of their ginger dressing--some is clumpy and some is watery--but everything else I've had, from noodles to veggies to meats, has been amazing!
