Ignored by the staff. Walked in with my wife, only other customer was checking out. 2 people were working behind the counter one of em said be with you in a second. The person checking out leaves, me and the wife standing by the ice cream waiting, both employees look at us and then go back to clean
My family and I first started going to Cold Stone Creamery years ago when they first opened in Colorado. As we’ve moved around over the years we would find our ways back to one. The one thing I have found is that no matter where we would eat at one, the consistency of quality and service has alway
The staff are extremely friendly, allowing tasting for everyone. I should say it is a See’s candies outlet with good discount.
Staff was very disrespectful and rude. They were impolite in how they asked us to wear a mask, told us they’d serve us without one, then ultimately asked us to leave because we we eating inside the store. The bathroom was also pretty gross.
It was so exciting to see an almond milk option. Only one flavor-- chocolate-- but it was great!
I waited for about 8 minutes, there were 4 people behind the counter but I never got attended so I left, I am sure they saw me.
I would invest in new refrigeration, ice cream should not be melted when served. This has happened the last few times I’m visited this location.
For starters, the interior of the establishment looked and felt like a cold stone replaced a pizza place or a subway. It had dim lighting and the signage inside was not helpful.
