Horrible experience this morning. Clearly we could see multiple employees in the facility and I was in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes with no response to order. The least they could have done was come out and explain what was going on. I’ve been here multiple times with no issues, but today
If you place a mobile order, be prepared to wait in the long drive thru line since they are currently not open on the inside. I was unaware and on my lunch break, and couldn’t get them to answer the phone to cancel my order because I couldn’t wait in the line.
Prices have gone up SO MUCH it's outrageous and not worth it.
As much as we love their food and drink we're gonna stick to making everything at home, at least until inflation goes away!!!
