Parson's is keeping a five-generation heritage alive and well. You don't do that by not delivering the best product!
Best raw seafood for clams oysters and crabs when available.. #1 spot on the coast. Great service great ownership and just overall the best people that care about the bay
Love the clams. They are not full with sand very clean. I would definitely recommend
A landmark in Tuckerton for many decades, this is the place to go for really fresh fish and seafood. The clams and mussels were probably harvested from local waters the day you purchased them. There isn't a tremendous amount of variety if you are comparing it to Citarella's on the Upper West Side of Manhattan but what's for sale that day is usually super fresh. Their specialty is any size clam.
Today's a purchased salmon, scallops, fluke and a smoked whiting. They were also selling cod, cake cakes, shrimp and of course class. Go there, you won't be disappointed with the quality but maybe the selection.
I purchase clams there often during the season and into the fall. The clams are fresh and delicious. They raise and grow their own clams on leased grounds in clean approved State waters. Working the bay is difficult and it takes 2-3 years to bring the clams to market size from seed (like grains of sand). Dale Parsons I think is a fourth generation baymen. Great job Dale and staff. Best wishes for continued success.
Have been a customer since 2002. The clams and oysters are same day fresh and as Jack Parsons always said, "They are so good, you can eat them shell and all." Dale is doing a great job keeping the legacy going forward. Don't forget to make a little time to play some ball with Emma.
Had the absolute best clams today. I had ordered 50 for myself and 50 for my sister. Needless to say she never got to see hers. Halfway through I ordered another 200 specials for tomorrow!
