What isn’t there to praise about in-n-out? Sure the wait time can lag a bit but it’s always so worth it.

Had a great experience customer service is usually on point as well . Hamburger was properly cooked and all ingredients definitely on point just sucked that my fried were freezing cold when I got them . It was so busy I wish I was able to get my order remade . Is there a way to do that?
