Awesome place! I highly recommend this location and ask for Christian. He is a great server.
Very accommodating to those with Service Dogs. I even forgot my dog's water bottle and the staff made it a point to set it aside for me.

Came here today 01/12/18. This is my First time eating here at this Place Here in Tucson. I came here with four ladies plus myself total of five. We came here during the Lunch Hour on A Friday Noon Time. There was no wait time crowd was good for Lunch Hour. Our Wait Person was Great she kept checking up on us if we needed anything refills on our drinks she was great. Excellent service on her part. Our food took a little bit longer than expected but it was alright for us because the Company was great we were catching up on Girl Talk so it gave us time to chit chat first lol .
The Prices For Our meals were not so bad it was good price affordable. We had one Bill and we used Military discount 4 ladies had ID so it was good. Thank You Texas Roadhouse For Making Our Lunch Date An Exceptional Afternoon.
I usually go here at lunchtime but a friend and I went about 6pm. Very busy but the line moved quickly. As usual, food delicious, staff superior and a great time catching up. They didnt try to rush us out. Just love this place!!!
The food was delicious and the carryout waitress was so helpful and friendly. Will recommend to everyone.

I ate here recently & loved the food. Not just for the taste but for the hearty portions. My brother & his family came to visit from CA & they have a healthy appetite like me so they loved it too! Great service each time as well....
I love this location. The food and service are always on point.
Busy, but I was able to get a table for 5 surprisingly quickly. Waitress had a number of large parties to take care of but was quick, courteous, smiling, and helpful. Even got us to go orders for dessert ready and boxed in record time!
This might be my new favorite place to eat. I have to say their buttery rolls with cinnamon butter, were absolutely amazing. And I love how they use the same bread for garlic bread, sweet and savory.
But anyway, the food was great. I had the All American burger, and it tasted very good. My family also had the chicken kabob and steak as well. All VERY good.
Our server was actually pretty perfect. He came at all the right times when we needed him, but didn't interrupt us a lot.
I also love the look of this place. Very fun place to bring a kid, they do have kids meals. But it was also great for teens and grownups.
Overall, this place is great 😃
Texas Roadhouse is usually a consistent eatery with great steaks, ribs, and other dishes. We had steak, ribs and a couple drinks as well as macaroni and cheese for my son. I'll start with the macaroni and cheese. It literally tastes like it came out of a box which isn't bad when you're expecting boxed macaroni and cheese but we expected restaurant quality or mac and cheese. I had a porterhouse steak and it was cooked to perfection and was very tasty with mushrooms added on top. I also ordered Caesar salad which I ended up finding a balled up piece of hair in it so I returned the salad. I know a hair can fall out and it can happen but I thought they used hair nets in the kitchen but I might be mistaken. I'd go back there again.

This place is always hopping! We decided to not wait 30 minutes for a table. So we ate at the bar instead. My steak was cooked perfectly. The service is excellent. My only issue is the carrots that I ordered for a side were not cooked at all. It was a bowl of bunny treats. Not even warm. They replaced it with the broccoli and that was also crunchy.
There was a very long line to get seated but after checking in, we were able to get a table in less than 10 minutes. We had a party of 4 and preferred a booth and they accommodated that. Even with lots of full tables our waitress was very attentive and the food came out quickly. The food tasted great, we had pork, chicken and steak and it was all cooked perfect. The manager was walking around and saying hi and checking on customers which I thought was nice. Very nice staff and quick service with good food!

Our server was really nice and the prime rib came out nice and fast. It was delicious. Loud and busy in there but it also was a Sunday.
The 6oz sirloin was cooked perfectly "blue" as requested. The green beans have a sweet and tangy flavor, the baked potato was soft and creamy inside, and the bread was amazing as usual. Service is also awesome. If we want a nice dinner with reasonable prices, Texas Roadhouse is a favorite.
The restaurant was busy for being a weekday, but unlike it’s competitors, the staffing was adequate. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and the staff and manager came by to check on us. The food selection was great as always. Quite a few birthdays that night, and the staff did quite a bit of celebrating each one.
On this trip, I went with my husband and daughter. The wait is almost always lengthy, but worth it in my opinion. Seating is alright, booths can get tight if you're a larger person. They have a great variety on their menu but are pricey, worth it. The steak I did not have but my husband did and my daughter did from the ranger (older kids) menu. They cook steaks 👍 right. The ribs were great too...fall off the bone but, they should serve a side of bbq sauce with. They also provide rolls with sweet butter, they are delicious too. They have a little kids menu and a big kids menu. A variety of appetizers and drinks as well as a full service bar. The staff are very friendly and provide great table service.
My hometown go-to. Whenever I make it back to Tucson after weeks of travel I can always count on this location. The wait times are accurate, and they do everything they can to reduce those wait times to get everyone seated. Well staffed, very friendly and 0 pressure. Great live atmosphere and as always amazing food. Will always return here.

Tonight we had a major thunderstorm here in Tucson and we had just been served our salads when the power went out. All the staff just kept on working with phone lights and kept everyone filled up on drinks. The kitchen staff actually kept on cooking with small lights and the staff kept on serving. So about 15 minutes later, the Manager told everyone they could not start cooking any more meals however we were more than welcome to stay and ride out the storm. The managers then went from table to table and explained if we did get served we could stay and eat and then could leave when we were ready. I want to thank all the staff for just keeping calm and not missing a beat. When we did finish our meal they walked us out and had staff holding he doors and they were telling everyone leaving.... thank you for their patience and to drive safely home. Btw, the food was great...hot and served perfect. Bravo Kitchen Warriors! What a GREAT JOB!!!!! My family will always look back on this night as an great adventure. Thank You EVERY single employee for just being professional and just "Handling It!!!!".....
