This is old school classic “cowboy” charm and ambiance. Nothing fancy here. Just great steaks and prime rib. Everything else is pretty basic.
We had great service. Mixed drinks are underwhelming.

Loved all of it! Food was perfectly cooked. Service was exceptional, she’s been employed at El Corral since 1980s. Atmosphere was one of a kind. I would recommend it if you are interested in a large quantity of food for a very reasonable price. The blackberry cobbler was my favorite!
Cute place, came recommended by a friend. Server was excellent, friendly and accurate. The food was inconsistent. Was told my Bone in ribeye was 16oz, and my father in laws “Catalina cut” prime rib was allegedly 16oz as well. His cut came out nearly an inch thick. My rib eye was less than half
I am in love with this place. I had the burger, Sonoran style, and it was cooked and prepared amazingly. Our server was so friendly and brought refills of soda every time he saw it was running a little low. I also love the rustic and old look of this place. I like that it is very Tucson, a perfect p
This place has a nice old school homey feel to it. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. They were able to handle our party of 16 with no issues at all. Thanks Carol, you rocked it!
The prime rib is delicate and delightful. The meats have the right amount of char and smoke. The food is great, go tr
Great Western atmosphere. I had the half rack of ribs, and they were tender and full of flavor. Our server was very friendly and helpful, and checked in on us often. Even though there were a lot of diners our night, the noise level was quiet. A very enjoyable experience and one we shall repeat.
Prime rib was pretty good. We had great service, and mostly everything was just as we liked it. The one exception was the tamale pie. That's something that you don't see on menus, ever. So I had to try that of coarse! Not really a fan..... Not really made like a tamale at all. More like a loose corn
The ribs were the best I ever had, and the sides were actually tasty. It's worth the price!
Prime rib as they describe. Some would argue that this is not a medium rare. I tend to agree. The place is so cool like endless dining rooms. Little nooks and crannies all over the place to eat. They cook the steaks right in front of you and a big indoor barrel fire grill. Good stuff. The waiters ar
Cozy upscale eatery whether you bring a date or a group you
Get that very personal touch.
Leave your tie at home or full tux dressed you'll never feel out of place.
I had a prime rib for dinner. It was a large one, even though I ordered the smallest one, too much for me to finish. As I was placing it in my to go box, it fell on the floor. Our waitress April, quickly retrieved it and said I'll get you another one to take home. I couldn't believe what I heard. Sh
What a hidden gem. Don’t let the subtle outside trick you into thinking less of this fine establishment. From the solid wood doors to the copper bar, this is a an absolute “must experience!” The T-bone was grilled to perfection and the flavor sublime. Gracias!
We came to El Corral to celebrate our 41st anniversary, like many years before.
The prime rib was excellent. Our service was fast and attentive. Thanks for a great evening
Just a suggestion but bring back the pumpernickle bread and toss the salad at the table as you did for years
Waitress seemed to have too many tables. Food must of been sitting a minute before served as it wasn't that hot. Waitress was very upbeat & worked hard. Had prime rib & it wasn't as good as all the hype. Not enough marbling. Desert was great! Blue cheese dressing was great! Tamale pie appetiz
The staff was very friendly and the steaks very tasty. I ordered medium rare with charred sides and they did a great job. However the salad was just from a bag and had lots of yellow instead of green. The decor is nice with a private room and another smaller dining area.
