We went with a very large group of about 50 plus their regular happy hour crowd, the place was packed. We were given excellent service and the happy hour prices are great. The appetizers were incredible. I will be going back to try dinner.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Service is improving and this time no complaints. Brunch menu is short but includes many incredible items like the crepes. Bottomless Mimosas are a great value and the grapefruit one is fantastic. No better way to start the weekend.

Great service. Stiff drinks and fresh food. Love the vibe. Great spot. Have to mention my awesome server Ericka and Derrick running a great show!

Pretty nice place, has a good vibe and a shaded patio with misters to keep you cool in the summer while sitting outside. Reminds me more of a sports bar though based on the atmosphere at the time I was there. They had some decent drink specials all day like $4 sangrias. However, they tasted a bit watered down. The white sangria tasted of melon, and I wasn't that big of a fan. But the red sangria was pretty good. Can't comment much on the food, but French fries were tasty! Will probably come back and try some other food/drinks at some point. Still worth revisiting in my book.

First time here snd we will be back. Excellent prices for food and drinks during happy hour. The fries are out of this world! The thin CR pizza a hit as well. Plenty of room, good service and seating inside or outside. Quiet enough to have good conversations too.

This place was ok for brunch. The food was reasonably priced for what you get and pretty tasty, although nothing out of the ordinary or spectacular. They do have some really great drink deals. The atmosphere is VERY casual—even the servers wear shorts and hoodies.

Catch them when it's not crowded and it's a great experience. Otherwise it's just another noisy place to eat. Wonderful for weekday brunch and conversation.

Very nice establishment. Allesandra was our server and she was great. We dined on Sunday afternoon for brunch. Ambience was wonderful with the garage doors opened. We ordered drinks and shortly after entrees. The manager allowed the young ones in our party to play the video game while we waited for our food. There was a long gap in time from when the first entree was served and the last was brought to the table. One member in our party had to ask for her last item. Overall nice place to dine with a unique atmosphere.

I love this place. Nice atmosphere, nice staff. First time eating lunch here. My sushi was awesome but my hamburger was very overcooked. However it's hard to get right sometimes. Just wanted some pink. But I would rather over cooked than under cooked. Jordan was my server and was pleasant through out. Amazing Moscato

Stopped by on Friday evening. Ordered the loaded fries appetizer and meat lovers flatbread (not actual names). Both came out quickly and we delicious! Prices were fair. Servers were very attentive. Ambiance was laid-back, with good music playing. The music was lively, but low enough that I could hold conversation without straining to hear. Would definitely recommend!

We only had the brunch menu so we didn't get to try all of the things people had told us about on the menu. Breakfast was good. Everyone in our party liked the food but we're not over the moon about it. Atmosphere very modern and in the style and theme of all of the hip New restaurants. It's worth a visit.

My girlfriends and I visit this place often! The DJ and entertainment are always awesome; we’re always impressed with the music selection (no easy feat for differing tastes)! The overall vibe is great and servers and all other staff are amazingly attentive and approachable. Food is great! Definitely plan to visit again and take advantage of their drink specials!!

Have been here 3 times - twice for wine, once for brunch. The wine visits were pretty standard, nothing particularly memorable to report. Brunch, recently, was a terrible dining experience. The service was as bad as the food was good (delicious steak breakfast). I had to get my own silverware, menu, water, condiments, and check - 5 total trips to find it myself or ask someone for it. I forgot a personal item there, called the same day and asked them to hold it for me, and after they said they would, they threw it away. A few days later, I realized they overcharge my credit card, adding money to the tip. I called and asked for the mistake to be corrected. After 20 minutes of being placed on hold and given serious attitude, I was told it would be taken care of. 2 weeks later, my card has still not been refunded. I will not go back. Too bad the staff was so unprofessional because the food really was amazing. Update: Derrick, the manager, reached out to me with a sincere apology. I was very impressed by not only his communications but also the actions he took to remedy the situation. He went above & beyond. Some of the many actions he took included replacing the personal item that had been thrown out & resolving the issue with the staff member involved. This by far stands out in my mind as the best customer service recovery effort I have ever experienced. I went back to the Living Room for brunch on a Saturday again, & enjoyed a wonderful meal. The food was delicious, the server attentive, & Derrick himself came over several times to ensure we were having a good experience. I also stopped in on a Sunday to ask which days they have live music, & the hostess was friendly & informative. I have a whole new opinion of the restaurant & staff & will be back again

The ambiance is great here and the plush accommodations welcome you and your party in. The food was good. I had the chicken and waffles. The maple infused whipped cream was a delightful surprise. The chicken tenders were flavorful but very salty. We enjoyed brunch with a bit of live music and considersd it a great start to our day.

It was a perfect Sunday for sitting outside in their livingroom setting and enjoying the guitar player (Adam) sing. The drinks were reasonable and very tasty...I had the Bloody Mary and the garnished it beautifully. The food was nicely done as well.

Bartender was very attentive even knowing we were moving to a table. The move to the table proved a lack of communication with our server so it took awhile to actually get service after we moved. That said, the manager Peter totally made up for it! He was very kind and accommodating even getting the ‘Instagram angle’ for pics of our Mom/Daughter Brunch Mimosa Marathon! They made us comfortable on the patio even with the cooler weather by closing the curtains keeping in the warmth from the patio heaters. Food was pretty good, not great but the free-flowing mimosas and company was key. I’m giving 5 stars for turning our visit around. Thank you Peter for your customer service skills and for putting up with us 5 cackling ladies, we’ll be back!

This place is tremendous! They keep the fans going so it's cool even though it's warm outside. All of our appetizers were delicious and beyond reasonably priced. Our server Jason was incredibly attentive and all of our food came out promptly. Get the white sangria, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Food was okay, but the mimosas and desserts are really the kicker. Came here for my 21st birthday brunch and they were able to accommodate a large crowd with many different tastes. Very friendly staff as well, even with the rush of people at noon on a Sunday!
