Went for the breakfast buffet on Sunday and the food was amazing! No other place has menudo, posole, birria, and beef stew at the same time! Along with classic American dishes like made to order pancakes and waffles. There is such a huge selection of food available and it's all so good! And a big shout out to the waitresses who were so helpful with my 2 little girls! I highly recommend going for the breakfast buffet!
My sister and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating our meal was fast and delicious they were very friendly we highly recommend it
I don't like the business their the waitresses were rude ran out of food in the buffet also ran out of plates and waited about 15 minutes for them to bring them and on top of that the cashier asked for our ticket and our supposibly waitress tells the cashier their not my table and sorry to burst your bubble you were out waitress u did bring us our drinks so sorry not sorry
Was as good as it gets. Huge portions, excellent Margaritas, friendly, fast service, don't let the location scare you! It rivals the best Mexican restuarants in Tucson! Great atmosphere, authentic. Just go in, and enjoy!
OMG! By far better than "Mi Nidito"! Crossroads has some of Tucson's best "Authetic" Mexican (Sonoran) food. It's just like mom used to make. I LOVE this restaurant. Will continue to go with my family and friends. Thank you Crossroads for such great tasting food. I may contact "Guy Fierre" to feature u in his episode of "Diners, Drive-In's and Dive's! Love, love, love your food!! RIQUISIMO!!

This is the second time we been here the first time was excellent. But today the waitress was real slow took long for everything are drinks food even are bill.. But the food was delicious !!!!
They have road construction nearby. Forget that and go and eat here. The service and food is great. What a meal.
This food was amazing the service was great. what a nice atmosphere. We were visiting for MN. Very authentic Mexican food
Very good regional Mexican restaurant with very good staff. Will definitely come again when in the area.
Miguel is our long time best server ever! We love him and Crossroads..Best buffet!!
My first time ever been to a Mexican restaurant buffet. They only serve buffet on Saturday and Sunday. No buffet during the weekdays as stated on the website.
It's my first time saying that I enjoy most of the food on the buffet. I enjoyed the hard shell beef tacos and the fried fish. I usually don't like fried fish dur to lack of seasonings but this place hit the nail for me.
The only section I didn't enjoy was the soup. Not for me but pretty sure it just doesn't apply to my taste.
Great service and friendly staffs.
They also have live music.
Plenty of parking around the restaurant.
The food is AMAZING. Large portions compared to other local spots for Mexican Food. The service provided by the waitress was exceptional. I wish I could remember her name. Very friendly and went the extra mile on our visit with great charisma. Please make her a manager in the future. The kitchen did a good job on food turnaround and the food was wonderful. Also, the locale is very cute Mexican themed. Would HIGHLY recommend. 10 out 10 and more.
Great first time experience. Website shows buffet on that Saturday. Only on Sundays. The chicken nachos was abundant. The waitress was awesome. The whole atmosphere grade A. When I am in town again, I will definitely eat there again. I have to try the buffet. Highly recommend this restaurant. Clean and many waiters and hosts. Very busy restaurant. 2 months later, I'm back. Delicious
Some things are better than others, but the sum of the experience is quite positive. I got a cheese enchilada (very good, one of the best enchiladas I’ve had) and tortilla soup (pretty lackluster). The atmosphere was vibrant including a singer that was on stage for our entire meal. Chips and salsa were solid (salsa being better than the chips). Price is very good, with good offers available. It is good and authentic with a genuine atmosphere that would make this a fine choice!
I took a visitor from California here, and he seemed to like it. I think Crossroads is a good mix of being authentic while being accessible to anybody. I was slightly disappointed with my quesadilla, but it wasn’t problematic. My margarita was good
Great Mexican food with reasonable prices and excellent services perfect for date night or lunch . Recommend the birra or the flautas the chimichangas were also excellent!!!!
First time being here in years food was good and salsa was great but too spicy for me! Waiter was nice.
Omg our waitress was amazing
I left Tucson in 2002 my first time back and she sure did make it well worth the trip.
I'll definitely come again when In the area
I asked my world traveling friend who lives in Tucson to meet at a place that is true Mexican cuisine that feels true Mexico... She chose Crossroads. Very happy with the service, selection, price and rich taste. The location is also very convenient right off the highway so uber friendly.
Great place. We went here because there was no wait on a Saturday night but let that not be a testament to what we got- the service and food were worth a wait if there had been one. Good chips and salsa, sangria and margs, and main courses. I had the shrimp soup (not sure how they make shrimp into meatballs but it worked for me) and the broth was so flavorful. Also our waitress was very sweet and attentive. All around good experience.
2/9/22 update- went here again almost a year later and had another 5/5 experience. Honestly the baby cactus in beef sauce dish was soooo good I’d be here all the time if I lived in town
Great meal, good service, reasonably priced and fun Mexican decor. Food arrived in a timely manner as did the bill. I had the Azteca fried potato Tacos and Mr. RR had the enchilada and relleno combo. We also shared a large margarita- yum!
The only negative was that the restroom could have been cleaner.
Deliciousness, I had a chile relleno, rice, beans and a ground beef enchilada. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because instead of the ground beef taco I got a ground beef enchilada.
Chips and salsa were also delicious!
Crossroads was my first experience dining in a "real" Mexican restaurant (1971) here in Tucson! It was a great experience and I wish nothing but the best for the future of the personnel who are without a job and the best of futures for the Crossroads restaurant! Here's hoping it will open soon (and I will try to come to the re-opening)!
One of the best restaurants I've been to in a while! The food is SO good and the staff makes you feel so welcomed. Definitely gunna visit more often.
Great food and very nice people and fast services, nice environment for everyone 👍
I really like places that put a lot of thought into the flavor of each dish. Here they do that very well. Everything is full of flavor and cooked well. I especially liked the tamales and enchiladas. There is a reason this place has been around for the better part of a century. Overall, it's the best Mexican food and tamales I've come across in Tucson.
