I would first like to say, the food, service and atmosphere were excellent but I do have one thing that I feel like the restaurant should address. I ordered a shrimp salad. On the menu it stated house salad accompanied with mandarin oranges, almonds, cranberries with grilled shrimp on top with a raspberry dressing. What I got was the HOUSE salad which was lettuce tomatoes red onions carrots cabbage red peppers avocados cucumbers with your choice of dressing....with shrimp. Two very different things and very confusing since the shrimp salad states on the menu its the house salad......again, I enjoyed my meal but it might be a good idea to maybe correct the menu so there is no confusion because people might be ordering one because they have allergies to ingredients of the other.
Amazing service great personality I really love the atmosphere. Everything was great. We had our Christmas dinner for the employees there were over 30 people. They were able to accommodate all of us and it was excellent. I recommend Casa Valencia. Thank you so much.
All the food that we ordered was excellent 👌. The ONLY thing I can say is that your waitress needs to be more friendly, not looking to the customers will ask someone a question, she was looking at the window ( she was wearing a blue T-shirt last night) , the two ladies was wearing black are very good in customer service. Also I asked if I can change my fries to rice and she said it will be an extra charge (I need the manager to respond about this situation).
The food was good it had good flavor.. I got the campechana and it was a good size had a good amount of sea food.. Also got a dos XX.. It came out to 27.50 with taxes.. Definitely a must try when your around the area and hungry..
The food was great I had wonderful service. My server Ruby was very attentive and polite all of my mixed drinks were delicious will definitely be coming back
We reserved a table for 30 people about a week in advance. They had everything ready when we got there very friendly staff, good service (she was so patient with us)and the best part is u can have separate checks which is unusual in many restaurants if its a large party. The food was delicious I would recommend this restaurant!
This place was exceptionally nice for a sit down dinner. The interior is OK but I think it would have been better if we would have been able to sit outside (see attached pics). The food was quite good and the drinks were excellent. The best part of the whole experience was our server was right on top of us and was very attentive.
Food is great. But their service is what makes them the best in the area. Everytime I go there, I feel welcomed. I have never received a bad service from them.
There is one girl in particular (I believe her name is Yani) that I would like to commend. She is so efficient that everything I needed was on the table without ever having to ask for them. How I wish I was rich so I can tip her like $10000.
Great food, great service. My only concern is that we went to celebrate a birthday and they charge us $10 for plate and silverware. So make sure if that will be your occasion bring your own…
We went here in a whim one day, and it was honestly the best decision. We were looking for a different restaurant & not a chain. Their food is AMAZING! The service was quick, friendly & attentive. Their rice is the best Mexican rice I've ever eaten. We even got a Togo cup out. It was that good! I got a shrimp dish. It was delicious. This place does not disappoint & has options for every person in your group. I also would make sure to get a margarita!
The chefs here know how to make superior Mexican food. The platter came with sub-par salads, but the refried beans were flavorful and delicious. The chicken, steak, and pork with flour tortillas were exceptionally delicious—mostly five star quality. The chicken was not trimmed perfectly. Service and ambience are serviceable, but do not reach the same heights as the menu. The interior is set up for big parties, I think this restaurant is a good choice for premium takeout or a casual banquet with superior food.

Hidden gem in Tucson! Superb seafood, amazing asada, and bangin' beans! The shrimp toritos are a unique appetizer of yellow chiles stuffed with shrimp machaca and wrapped with bacon. We saw this on a Tucson Mexican food trading card and decided to go try it. The bacon on the outside was crispy and added a nice texture and saltiness.
We also got the Veracruz style fish fillet which was another dish I never had before and was super tasty. The white meat fish was incredibly tender and the juicy sauce soaked into the rice nicely and the tiny stuffed olives added a nice acidity.
The carne asada here is so tender and flavorful and we got it stuffed in a whole green chile with jack cheese. The plate came with the best refried beans I've ever had, a small cheese quesadilla with really fresh mild cheese and extra tortillas. The flour tortillas are so tasty I could eat them plain and the pico is fresh and has a nice spicy kick to it.
Portions were very generous. Clear plastic partitions are put up between the booths which I appreciated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. High chairs available for young children.
The food is good, especially the culichi. But it's loud in here and the service can be hit or miss. I recommend it.
Haven't got my meal yet ..but the salsa/chips and the Jamaica already has me lining up my next visit.

I got my Marinated Salmon on rice with mash tatoes unlike Ive tasted and soft chewy garlic bread and side salad...large portions displayed gormet style.
There is great energy in this food it's made with lots of love and care..
I just know it!

Delicious food. Try their garlic fish - it's cooked perfectly. And their tortillas, both corn and flour, are amazingly fresh. Had the bucanero fish and it was amazingly cover with a great sauce.
