The Drunken Chicken - Tucson - Photo album

I stopped for lunch while passing through and tried it on a whim. What a pleasant surprise. This is a quaint little joint with the feel of a local hangout and eclectic mix of clientele. There was great service, great food, and a friendly vibe. I tried the Heart Attack with the spicy chicken and it w
Awesome staff and great food and drinks!! Must try the chicken and waffles. It's my favorite place for chicken sandwiches! Love the chicken decor!
As a fried chicken enthusiast, I was very excited to try this place. The restaurant is right in the middle of 4th Avenue, it's small with limited seating, but the food did not disappoint. The chicken patties are thick, juicy, and delicious. The waffle fries are crispy and comes in a generous portion
The food was decent but it lacked flavor needs more sauce because the mass amount of cheese overwhelms the sandwich. The cheese curds also need to be more soft and flaky they have too much deep fried outer layer. This is coming from someone who is from Wisconsin. The customer service was great but a
When in doubt, grab the chicken & waffles meal! The Blue Moon beer battered waffle was delicious! The chicken (breading) was a little overcooked for my taste, I usually like a good juicy lightly deep fried chicken strip, but the syrup helped give it flavor and some assistance for dryness. Staff memb
Excellent food. Cool place. Bit cozy but the food is worth it. Hot Mutha Clucka was just perfect!
Great little hole in the wall. Had the chicken wings and they were excellent. My friend had the chicken and waffles with a side of Mac and cheese.
Love this place! The food is delicious and so unique. A bit of a small hole-in-the-wall type place, but absolutely worth a visit if you enjoy chicken and/or waffles!
The food was awesome, all the sides were delicious. I loved the coleslaw. It was creamy and full of flavor. I had the DC chicken sandwich, my sister had the chicken and waffles, my brother had the chicken strips. We shared deep fried pickles and spicy cheese curds. Each item was fantastic!
YUM! Chicken was moist and juicy, so good. Curly fries were nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the the inside. Both the cook and server did a fantastic job. Will be returning for other items on the menu.
A year later, still love coming here, food is absolutely delicious every time I come. The chicken is fresh with no added hormones. The waffle batter is beer batter. They have over 7 syrups to choose from. The bacon is thick cut, reviewed over a year ago, reviewing again still great tasting food, don
This place came highly recommended and it lives up to its reputation. The staff is awesome, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. A+. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and while it is a smaller restaurant it does have some fantastic seating. I’d recommend sitting towards the huge
Went to try this place for the first time and it was amazing! The portions are good and the quality of the food is even better. Tasty hot sauces to try as well. Friendly staff. Will be back to try more!
Tried this place out while on vacation and passing through Tucson and I wish they existed in Minnesota! Menu was creative and food was delicious. Food came out in under 10 minutes and service was great.
Good food. Small restaurant. Good beer. 4th Avenue spot. The spicy chicken sandwich was the best thing we ate. Everything else was pretty good.
Food was great. I got the BLACT sandwich and it was amazing. This is def a go to place for anything fried. It is all good. They have a poor liquor selection, but an excellent beer selection. There was a large group of us and there was a wait for the food, but it was totally worth it. The fried boile
