The barista seems very knowledgeable and skilled. I told them my preferences, not knowing what to order, and they whipped up something that was just right. You can tell there is a lot of thought and care put into their craft. Very kind. Very skilled. Loved the atmosphere. Definitely found my go to coffee spot!
Savaya always has excellent coffee, whether you want a prepared cup of coffee, espresso, etc. In addition, they have a superb selection of roasted coffees. The barista on duty is generally very knowledgeable about the flavor profile associated with each one. It’s definitely a too choice for coffee in the Tucson area, and there are a few locations to choose from. I particularly like this one on Tanque Verde because of the coffee warehouse vibe.
Their speciality is medium roast beans with the goal to have the bean at its sweet state.

I stopped by while on vacation. Got an amazing drink and a bag of coffee to take home. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable and the drinks are delicious.

This. Place. Was. Amazing. Granted my husband and I were just visiting Tucson, but it reassured me to know a place like that was operating outside of a major city. Their Turkish coffee was one of the best I’ve ever had, and their science brew iced coffee sustained me during the road trip back to LA. We ended up buying a Yama brewer that my husband has used non-stop since we’ve been back. He’s super happy with it and says it’s one of the nicest and easiest brews he’s ever experienced. On the way out of Tucson, I messaged my family (living there) that they had to check this place out. Well worth the visit if you’re traveling through Tucson.
This is the type of place people who grind their own beans or make espresso at home will appreciate. I liked that my Americano was just good coffee...made with a very standard blend that any coffee drinker would like. I would like to see Splenda on the counter in addition to sugar and stevia offerings. Some of us like artificial sweeteners.
Delicious coffee and tea. Awesome staff. Love the atmosphere. Next time I'm in Tucson, I'll be back here. Definitely prefer over Starbucks.

I’ve only been there a handful of times now but I’ve learned so much from them, I’ll keep coming back.
The other coffee places I went to over the years, I never learned any of the knowledge I’ve received from Savaya Coffee Market. They just go above the others I’ve tried.

I had just been outside in the heat for an hour and I was super hot and sweaty so it was really nice to come into the air conditioning and get a big iced tea. It was a great price too!
I had an amazing first experience at Savaya. The barista was super helpful and made me an oatmilk, honey & cinnamon latte for me which is a combo I would have never thought of before! It was delicous!
Easily the best roasters in AZ. On both visits, the guys making the coffee (barista?) were extremely knowledgeable about the origins of the coffee and the flavor profiles of each varietal.
I’ve never had coffee this good! The pour over and both iced coffees were amazing. The flavors were exactly as described as the beans were roasted to perfection.

Delicious and amazing coffee that was so reasonably priced I kind of feel like I stole it. Honestly, I'd cheerfully pay a lot more. That's how good it was. We'd never been here before and the friendly and welcoming woman behind the counter let us taste each kind of cold brew to decide, which was really awesome. The atmosphere was lovely as well. We were impressed and will return soon.
Fantastic service. The coffee, both beans and brewed, is simply the highest of quality you'll find in Tucson. Prices of beans range from very affordable to extremely expensive (super rare beans). Anyone who loves coffee no matter their budget will be well served here. Very knowledgeable staff, and many different locations throughout town as well.
