I usually get a potato, egg, and cheese burrito this Viva burrito location. Nice and cool inside in the heat of summer and the tables in the dining room or comfortable. I truly like burritos at this location then others it is my favorite

The the floors and counters were very clean. The staff was very friendly and ready to take my order and great customer service. The food was very good it was hot and fresh. I would come back here again.

Holy @#&*, this place is good. Clean, bright, plenty of seating. The food is excellent with large portions, and the guac is *chef's kiss*. Am totally going to eat here again.

Their breakfast burritos are always the best and the sauce is always amazing. Only once did I go and have a bad experience, but that was because it seems no one showed up for work that day. Was a line 7 cars deep and absolutely no one was inside the building at 8 am.

Took my friend and neighbor out to have a burrito. Friendly clerks. Clean place.
