I love your guy's caramel cappuccino blasts I get two everyday. Only bad thing EVERY single time I come I want the Omelette bacon and cheese bites and y'all never have them I can even. Come super early and still you guys never have them. Work on staying stocked on your guy's products. If y'all can work on that you guy's would be the best ever!

My family and I were in town over night for the Arizona Bowl football game. This location was just up the road from our hotel. Seeing as how my kids love the donuts and I am rather fond of the cold brew coffee, my daughter and I stopped by. Upon entering there was a group of people sitting at the tables waiting for their companion to pay for their order. The only issue was that their companion was stoned out of his mind. It took several minutes for them to pay and leave. Throughout this entire ordeal the cashier was patient and calm. He did a wonderful job with the situation. Once that was taken care of, he promptly took my order. He also ensured that the drinks were to my liking before I left the counter. I think his name was Oscar. Thanks guys for a great visit.

The new refreshes there are amazing I tried the watermelon raspberry refresher and it was delicious can't wait to go back and try the mango

I love the coffee espresso smacks that being said can you get a better cup design for you coffee cups?? These this leaks everywhere that’s all ty.

Marcela is a DOLL! She is so friendly and cheerful; her smile (even with the mask on) is like a shot of espresso before you even get your coffee-such a treat, without the up charge! She’s pretty much the only reason I visit this Dunkin’, besides the munchkins. They say how you spend your morning will often tell you what kind of day you’re going to have. So, start your day off right with a Dunkin’ coffee from Marcela when she’s on shift!!

I needed to purchase donuts and gift cards for a company event that morning. In a rush, I was still was greeted with a pleasant smile and quality customer service. Maria went above and beyond with quick friendly service and had a great attitude. With the way the world has been it’s nice to see more smiling faces. Thank you Maria for being the reason my morning went so smooth. You’re amazing!

Over all my experience at the Valencia and Midvale location has not been great. It was like pulling teeth w the girls upfront. Recently I have been helped by Elijah and Jose and these two have made my experience a whole lot better! These two guys deserve a raise! Always smiling and know my order exactly as I walk in saying I got this… and they do! Keep up the good job guys!!

I was here twice in one day. I came in the morning for donuts and then in the evening for ice cream. The donuts were very good and there was a large variety to choose from. The ice cream was also good, however, the main reason I went back that evening was because I saw a sign advertising $1.50 scoops on the 31st of every month. When I noticed I was charged $1.70 for each scoop and brought it to the attention of the employee at the counter, she said they raised their prices. I mentioned that they should probably do something about the sign advertising otherwise or else honor the advertised price. The lady could care less about what I had to say and responded by rolling her eyes. I had crummy service in the morning as well. My son and I were the only customers in the store but we didn't get any service for about 7 minutes or so. People behind the counter kept saying they would be right with us, but we just sat there waiting. This place could very easily get a 5-star rating if they would do something to improve their customer service
