I can't say enough great things about this place! We attended the Grand Opening yesterday, and everything went very smoothly. Customer service was top notch....hats off to Zoe....she really made an impression on us and was excellent in all aspects of her duties. As always, the food is so fresh....they never disappoint! The cinnamon tortillas passed around were new for me....and Oh So Good!!
I love this place. The staff is so friendly and genuine. The food is always good. It’s always clean (except for when my son is there and drops some rice haha). The owner cane out and said hi to us. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Great family atmosphere.

Love this place! Love that they have pinto, black, & refried beans!!! Their tomatillo sauce is fabulous! Vegetarian’s paradise!!! Horchata is a winner as well! Sooo many choices, way better variety than Chipotle, and they even have dessert too!!! �
Great experience. From the time we walked in we were welcomed with smiles. Everything was clean and ready for business. Going through the line was fast and the staff were very courteous. My Wife got the Shrimp Nachos (Awesome) and I got the Grilled Chicken Burrito - enchilada Style with their Tomatillo/Cilantro Green Sauce which was amazing! The only negative feedback I have and I wish there was none was the Lemonade. My Wife said it was super sweet and artificial tasting and didn't fit the freshness theme of the restaurant (but it's not a lemonade stand). So if you're looking for good, fresh Mexican style cuisine without the wait of a traditional sit down restaurant, I definitely recommend going!
I've never been to this place before, I didn't even know there's another location on Campbell � so I came in today for the grand opening. I was very impressed with the delicious food and the super nice and courteous employees. I'm definitely going back! Thank you for the outstanding customer service and healthy food. ������

1st time to Costa Vida and I'm impressed. It's cleaner than the Cafe Rios I've been to and the food is even better! So much better than Chipotle and nice atmosphere as well.

Our first time here, but it sure won't be the last! We arrived about 25 minutes to close. The food was still very fresh and appealing and staff very courteous and friendly. Yummy, yummy food. Had the Baja bowl and took 1/2 home for the next day's lunch. Just as yummy leftover.
This place has the best food in town! Can't wait to go again!

Went to costa vida for the first time tonight. I had gotten a coupon for a free entree and drink from my dentists office. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very pleased with the entire experience. The atmosphere inside was right up my alley, I love all things ocean and beach life, which is totally the coastal vibe this place brings. The staff was all super friendly and professional. They made us feel right at home. It was neat and tidy and had nice music playing that wasn't too loud or annoying. And the food!! The food was completely scrumptious. Price range was definitely fair for the quality of food you receive. Tastes fresh and is made for you as you order it. Nate especially loved the horchata! We shall return again!
Very impressed with Costa Vida! Cheerful décor, comfy seats, good food (sweet pork - yum!) and the wait staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been there twice in the past week and I suspect we'll be frequent visitors. Also the horchata is soooo delicious - very refreshing and not overly sweet. I think these folks have a winning recipe and should keep doing just what they're doing!

I was nicely surprised by the fair prices of the food and very pleased with the kind service by the employees. The perfect match. The food matches the advertised "fresh" label attached to the name. By all means,you must try Costa Vidal and please enjoy it like i have.
One of my favorite Mexican/American restaurants. Whenever there is one in the area, my dinner decision is made! This location is very nice and seems to be new. Staff were great and the food was delicious!
Tried this place for me first time tonight. I had it delivered so I can't speak for the physical location. But the food was amazing! Did not taste like a fast food place at all. I ordered 2 cheese enchiladas with the green sauce and rice and refried beans. The rice was excellent! The enchiladas were amazing. At first bite the green sauce is sweet as stated in the description, then it has a nice little kick of heat to it. I will definitely be eating here often. My only "issue" was everything came in one container with no separation, causing the beans to cover half the rice and one of the enchiladas in transport. Not a big deal but possibly using containers with seperate sections would be better for take out. The flavor and quality of the food was so good that it made this issue very small. The horchata was very good too! Keep up the excellent job!

This place is amazing! It's the only one in Tucson now by the way. Service is always great. Sign up for the rewards app and get up to $4 off next order once you hit 50 points. They also offer a military discount of 20%. Most places don't even offer 10% off. I recommend the shredded beef burrito and get it enchilada style. The chips and salsa is also very tasty. They even have quesadillas and kids meal which all come with beans and rice.
I tried the sweet pork green chile sauce burrito. It was sooo good.
This is a place similar to Subway in that you go down a line and tell them what you want to build either a Bowl, Taco or a Burrito. I tried the enchiladas first time and they were really good to.
I had an opportunity to visit this location after my son recommended that we do lunch here. I loved my carne asada salad with the tortilla bottom. My son had a burrito that looked excellent. I will return when I visit the beautiful City of Tucson.
My 4 stars isn't a negative, it's just a good, strip mall quick mexi food. There are plenty of choices. I was told that if I wanted shrimp I'd have to wait 10 minutes and they didn't have any of the mixed veggies for vegetarian options.
I also found the tables to be a little sticky.
The food is always good here, especially the sweet pork tacos. It is always served quickly and by a very courteous staff. The restaurant is very clean.
One way that they can improve is to be more in synch with their internet application. We had received notice that we had earned a reward to be used, but the reward did not appear at the register. We've had this happen a time or two before.
I wish I would have considered taking a photo of my entre before eating it because it was absolutely stunning but it was just way to good to slow it down. I got the enchiladas, which looked and tasted amazing. Got a drink, tried the horchata and then refilled after with a strawberry lemonades, both of which were bomb. My sister told me about their key lime pies so I ordered one and was not disappointed. And each item at a reasonable price.
The staff was friendly and the assembly line behind the counter ran smoothly.
As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with an awesome looking bubble curtain tank with the logo in the center. The beach theme recurs.
I’ve now been twice with my toddler, and we both love the food. I appreciate the fast and friendly service (the first time I went, the gentleman at the counter was very helpful!), and the food feels nicer than most fast food. The kids’ meal are also an awesome deal. Love the new chili lime chicken, and the horchata is delicious.
The food was fresh, on-time, accurate (order for a large office). Also very large portions almost all of us had enough food for another meal. Staff was friendly.
Excellent, fresh and healthy food options here!! The chicken salad is my favorite! Make sure to try it with red salsa instead of dressing for a healthy option! Limes are a must! Restaurant is always clean!

This place reminds me of subway but with Mexican food. Great customer service. We had the sweet pork Nachos, salsa(tried them all), beef burrito bowl, and chips. The highly recommended the sweet pork. I dont really like pork but this was really tasty. The mango salsa(is not spicy)...omg...best mango(not spicy)salsa I have ever had.

First stop and the food was delicious. Staff was super helpful with our order. Lots of food in the bowl we had. Guacamole was delicious as well. Tried the steak. Will be back to try another.
