Omgoodness!!! Wonderful lady that attended us was so awesome!! Now that’s customer service!!! Thank you for being so polite and alert. As for our food looks and tastes amazing! Give her and that crew a raise!!!!
Let me start by saying, I NEVER eat at Carl's Jr. But late last night I got off work and it was the only place open on my way home. I was not looking forward to the experience but I was hungry. FIRST, I was greeted right away. I'm on a diet so I wanted a burger with no bun. The woman running drive thru was amazing! I wish I got her name. Even though i didn't see the menu board said they served all burgers wrapped in lettuce, she kindly explained how they could help me. Got to the window, greeted with a smile and awesome attitude for it being 10:30 at night. Burger made fresh and it was awesomely wrapped in LOTS of lettuce. PERFECT! At Wendy's all I get is a wilted piece of lettuce under the burger. I will definitely be going to this Carl's Jr more often. Specifically for the great service and awesome "wrapped" burgers. Thank you so much, to the drive thru woman, for being AWESOME!
Hi Carl. 😀. Regretfully I have not eaten at your restaurant more than others. There are a lot of fast food restaurants with more locations than carls in Tucson. You have a flavorful menu. I usually go for value menu when ordering any fast food. I do remember the 6$ burger back in the day when it first came out here. I loved it. Currently I'm in love with the happy hour double slider special at the single price. Keep making quality food. Also, send me some info regarding the green burrito. Thank you.
Service is amazing and they always get my food right. I forgot to ask for something to be removed and they remade it without charge. Best Carls Jr I've been to.

Don't get me wrong I love carls junior but I called and asked if they did a buy 1 get 1 free thing and they said they don't tell us to have a coupon and I ask them if hey picture would count and she said yes but after were the coupon number is and feet she says she doesn't know and other connected to the manager I pictured waiting for me to see if I can speak to the manager for askin if I could but you think on her employee policy that she doesn't know that you should automatically connect me to the manager
I was dining inn and noticed what a great multitasker the drive thru lady was. Taking orders correctly and accurately, she was also really sweet
Food was fresh, and came in a timely manner. Restaurant was clean. Had a man try to sell me an Xbox and a laptop, and then continued to ask for money for a meal.
Don't trust me I'm a huge fan of Carl's the western or double famous star or my undercover fav charbroiled chicken bacon club with a side of zucchini MMM MMM GOOD!!!
Best fast food burgers in Tucson. And the Western Bacon Cheeseburger is genius.
A bit slow service wise when you done in, but food is good.
Great Experience. I travel 5 miles weekly to go to this carl jrs to eat here.
