I've been going to this location for like a year. I've hardly ever had issues with the quality of the food or the employees. In fact, these people are some of the most funny and down to earth people whenever I go. You guys are awesome!
The person who helped me went above and beyond and called me beautiful when I walked in the door, helped me with the order, brought the order to my table, threw the trash away and opened the door when I left. It has been 3 days since my visit and I have never been treated so kindly at a fast food restaurant! Bravo!!
They get my order correct. The ice cream tastes like ice cream. There are some very nice people who work here.
Ordered using app, drive through pick up…Spot on Process! Fast fast fast! Great and Delicious Big Breakfast, with a “side of” bacon/egg/cheese biscuit” for a snack! Yummm yumm instantly fulfilled my Fat American McD’s cravings!!! Large Coffee was actually fresh, smokey, and ok for price for sure, considering I’m a huge coffee snob and usually snub this stuff. Perfect 10 min round trip from my couch to drive through to couch.

The workers Leana and Brandon and Danny were absolutely outstanding at there job, theh went a ove and beyond when my aunt and I came to get lunch here, they saw that we were distressed and forgot stuff and we were really frankly unpleasant to them they still smiled and asked how we are doing. When we sat down they even brought us our food which is just really above and beyond like I can't even tell you how many Mcdonalds i've been where the F bomb was dropped on me for being upset when I walk in and service in general seems to have gone downhill lately but these 3 incredible workers made this experience outstanding the way they were patient with us and we even forgot our glasses here because my aunt and I are very blind and when we came back they had taken the time to stow them in a safe place tillcwe returned for them! Leana, Brandon, and Danny thank you so much for being outstanding in the service industry you really give me hope for a bright future for all 3 of you and ai hope you are commended and awarded for your excellence! The food was well above average for a McDonalds and the place was really clean I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever had a shockingly excellent time.
The manager Robert was so kind and helpful and fixed my order so quick! This was the best location I’ve been to by far

Good food but very pricey now. Only go to once in a while due to price increase.
This place.is like our second home. My kids love the play place and we save crazy money with the app
Out of all the McDonald's in Tucson this one is the best main reason is because their ice cream machine is always working
