went above and beyond. ordered food for pickup and hours were wrong on site. he delivered my food as quick as he could. he was delayed but called me to let me know. when he arrived, he was very friendly. tipped him for calling me and being very professional, and he was super appreciative. he even forgot on of my sauces and came back to deliver it. that's an amazing worker there!!!
Over experience was a 5 star, great customer service, food was fresh and hot, not in the mood to cook, Domino's is the place to go..
We ordered from here on a Friday evening. I went in and ordered and waited. Although they were slammed with people and orders, they handled it very well. The Manager at the time (Dominic) was very accommodating. The pizza had some issues and he handled it ASAP. Great Customer Service under pressure.
This location is so amazing every driver gets here in good time and they are so polite and patient. This location follows direction and gets requests correct. I have so very rarely had an issue and if I had an issue it was always so well handled thanx guys your amazing!!! U have restored my families faith in domino's pizza. We were boycotting them because of past incounters at other locations.
Good staff, good food, sometimes longer waits. But by far a super clean store and good product!
So far the pizza has been pretty good. Only been disappointed once when like half the pizza was missing cheese and I ordered extra cheese. But since that time it has much improved.
Domino's Pizza is somewhat like McDonald's in that one store is pretty much like the next. It's not gourmet, but it's a taste that you know and you can count on it being the same every time. That being said I highly recommend that you consider trying their sandwich menu for a change of pace. I found the buffalo chicken and the Italian both to be delightful.
I appreciate the customer service I get from the employees at this location, I made a mistake on an order and without making any comment or giving me an attitude, they remade the pizza, I mentioned to the manager on duty that it was my fault and I can just remove the topping. He said it's not a problem and remade it... thanks team

Best Domino's pizza I ever had in the whole country! Made perfectly and tastes fantastic! Clean store with friendly staff. Employees look professional. Pizza was hot with plenty of toppings distributed evenly. This store has restored my confidence in Domino's.
We just moved here and in tradition, we order pizza every Friday. This is our pizza place. These guys are the best! They come all the way to San Joaquin, in the pitch dark, they find our home, great service.... and they give us FREE stuff!! That promotion is awesome, but you guys make it AWESOME! Our little family appreciates you!!!

First time trying the new location at Ajo and Kinney. The pizza was amazing! They've added some kind of spices or flavoring to the crust that made the pizza magical. The employees were super friendly and helpful. We were able to eat in the store and had a really nice dinner. I plan to visit when I'm down there again.

I drove up at 11:30pm, 30 minutes to closing. I tried to call the number on the door and the answering machine said I couldn't order on the phone due to the fact that they were closing in 30 minutes. I know from experience how frustrating it is to take an order when you're already cleaning and getting the store locked up. But the manager on board, Damien, came out and was more than accommodating. I was having such a hard day and it really made my entire night that he was so dedicated to getting me food. I have been turned away an hour prior to closing at other locations. He was beyond helpful and definitely made me feel more than okay about still ordering. He gave me a deal that I would have only gotten online or ordering in advance. He even had a hard time accepting the tip, although I felt it wasn't enough given the consideration on his behalf, but was the only cash I had on me. Food was made to perfection and within 15 minutes. It's been a crazy year due to covid and for a second I felt like we were in 2019 and things weren't so restricted. I HIGHLY recommend THIS dominos location. They are customer focused and extremely welcoming. Thank you again Damien from Domino's! You are appreciated!!!
