Everytime I go here to get a drink for work they are always so nice and helpful. It feels like you have known them for years. It's wonderful and I couldn't be happier with the service everytime. Most the time they even have the drink memorized as soon as I walk in. That's just something you can't beat. Thank you.
Very friendly staff with such a variety of product! I visit the stores for their smoothies/shakes and they never disappoint. Definitely try their cinnamon toast crunch shake and their strawberry oreo cheesecake shake. Who knew something so healthy could taste so good!
Stopped in while in town on business and got my favorite low carb meal replacement shake. Low-fat yogurt with blueberries and raspberries. Excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend!
One of my all time favorite destinations after working out. The excellent staff are nothing less than exceptional in their knowledge of their products. All of them, the owner included, are very sympathetic to the novice consumer and extremely supportive of those who articulate a goal towards better health! I tried their post workout shake, the regular whey has artificial sweeteners and flavors, I'm allergic. However, the vegan formula while it was pretty chalky, was not half bad! I kind of enjoyed it for someone who has to be on a liquid high protein diet. I haven't tried their other products, so I dont want to write a bad review. It's definitely worth giving a shot! You might really love it here ☺️
My experience at One Stop was very pleasant. The two gentleman took their time to walk me through the menu as I was a first timer. They were kind and welcoming, I'll for sure be back!!
Love this place. I stop at least 5 times a week for the shakes. If I need any type of supplants there price are fair and competitive vs large chain store. The owner Mike is very welcoming since the day he has opened the places.
This is literally my favorite place. The people here are so helpful nice and not judgemental. Which is nice for someone who's on a weightloss journey.
We came across this shop by searching for smoothie locations nearby. The staff on hand were friendly and willing to spend a great deal of time answering questions. The smoothies are more geared towards people who have fitness goals in mind with a wide range of macro options and an added bonus of taking into account the micros. The smoothie that I got was good in flavor and ideal for a late night snack to keep the hunger away (perhaps a good replacement for a casein shake). There was no chalky taste, no artificial taste. This is the type of place that makes functional flavorful and helps to curb the perception that if it's good for you it has to taste bad.

What I like most is they seem genuinely motivated in educating their customers on ways to improve overall health and quality of life. They are always helping me to have a better understanding of the different products, so I can determine what is best for me.
The prices are extremely reasonable too when you consider all the ancillary services - In other words they bring to the table lots of expert product knowledge, making them what I call your very own "personal trusted nutritional partner."
I do highly suggest trying one of their nutritional shakes or walking over to their fresh pressed juice bar.
Anyways, I would recommend One Stop Nutrition to anyone serious about health and fitness as the quality of their product does speak for itself.
These meal replacements are amazing. Ask for their secret menu. PB&J and Chunky Monkey are my go-tos but if I want a refreshing taste I go for the Orange Cremesicle or Pina Colada.
I like this place. The staff is knowledgeable and the smoothies are really good. Most of the supplements are reasonably priced. I got the slimmer smoothie this time orange raspberry flavor.
